5 adjustable speed hurdles

Use:

1.) Speed Hurdle can be adjusted to heights of 7” or 12”.

2.) To adjust size, flip the top orange bar so that the two inserts are in the upward direction. Flip

bar so that the bar is flat to the ground to decrease height.

3.) Line up Speed Hurdles vertically or horizontally to do various Speed Hurdle workouts to improve

foot-speed.
