thewarrantorwillrepairorreplacesuchpart,portion,orproductatthewarrantor’s

option.

2.CONDITIONSANDEXCEPTIONS

Thiswarrantyshallapplyonlywhentheshoppingcartisassembledwithreasonablecareandaccordingtotheinstructionsfurnished.Anymisuse,abuseoralterationofit,anyoperationofitina

modifiedform,oranyattempttorepairwillvoidthis

warranty.Misuseincludes,but,notlimited,usingthecarexceedingtheweightmaximumasstatedonlabelandusingthecart forpurposesnotintendedbythewarrantor.

3.SERVICEANDREPAIRSEXPENSE

UnderthisLimitedWarranty,thewarrantorwillprovideonlya

replacementshoppingcartorapartthereof.Theownerisresponsibleforallothercosts.Suchcostsmayinclude,butarenotlimitedto:

(a) Laborchargesforservice,removal,repair,orassemblyoftheshoppingcartoranycomponentpart.

(b) Shipping,delivery,handling,andadministrativechargesforforwardingthenewshopping

cartorreplacementpartfromthewarrantorandreturningtheclaimeddefectivecartorparttothewarrantor.

4.LIMITATIONONIMPLIEDWARRANTIES

IMPLIEDWARRANTIES,INCLUDINGANYWARRANTYOFMERCHANTABILITYIMPOSEDONTHESALE

OFTHISSHOPPINGCARTUNDERSTATELAW,ARE LIMITEDTO60DAYSDURATIONFORTHECARTORANYOFITSPARTS.SOMESTATESDONOT

ALLOWLIMITATIONSONHOWLONGANIMPLIEDWARRANTYLASTS,SOTHEABOVELIMITATIONMAYNOTAPPLYTOYOU.

5.CLAIMPROCEDURE

Anyclaimunderthiswarrantyshouldbe

initiatedwiththewarrantorbymailingoftheoriginalpurchasereceiptwithareturnaddress.Theownershallalsoincludeaconcisestatementastothenatureofdamageanditscause.Allclaimsshallbe

Thewarrantor
