2. Connect to Power Supply:
- Battery power supply: Take off the battery cover and put 3 new AAA alkaline batteries
into the battery compartment. Make sure they are aligned to the correct polarity.
- USB port power supply: Use a USB cable with a mini USB plug. Connect the mini USB
plug into the mini USB socket at the back of the speaker, and plug the other end into
the USB port of a computer or notebook.
3. Take the 3.5 mm stereo cable, which is attached to the speaker, and connect it to the iPod,
MP3 player, CD player, PC, notebook or another audio source.
4. Turn the speaker on by pressing the power on/off button, the power LED will light up.
5. Play music on the audio source, and adjust the speaker volume to your preferred level.
Troubleshooting
Problem Solution
Power switch is not switched on. Switch it on and check if the LED
indicator lights up
Check if the batteries are placed according to the polarity markings.
LED indicator does
not light up
Replace old batteries with new batteries. Switch the speaker on and
check if the LED indicator lights up.
Check if the speaker is supplied with power and check the above steps
Make sure the volume is turned up to an audible level.
Check if all cables are plugged into the correct sockets.
The speaker does
not produce sound
Test the speaker on another audio source by removing the audio cable
from the audio source and connecting it to a different audio source. If
your speaker is working correctly on another audio source, then the
speaker is functioning as intended.
WAV and MID files are often of poor quality. Therefore, distortion and
noise are easily noticed with high-powered speakers
Sound is distorted
Check the volume level and decrease if necessary.
