1. Unpacking
Remove all packaging material. Make sure that the filtration system does not show
any external damage.

Attention !
When installing, please pay attention to the following point: The unit must not be
operated with hot water, behind a pressureless boiler or shower hose armature.
The housing is unscrewed counterclockwise with the key.
Remove the packaging film of the filter.
Now insert the filter into the housing.
Screw down the housing counterclockwise. Attention! When closing, the housing
seal must not cant.

4. Installation
Please connect the hose line as follows
With the black lever you can choose whether the tap water should flow directly to the
filter system (position lever upwards) or as normal tap water (position lever
downwards) through the universal adapter.
1. Remove sieve
2. Screw in the thread adapter
3. Screw on the universal adapter
5. First commissioning
Before you open the water supply, please double-check all the hose lines.
These must have been laid absolutely free of kinks.
The filter system is turned upside down, the lever on the diverter valve is brought to
the horizontal position and the water tap is opened.
Water flows through the filter and the air inside the housing will be totally displaced.
The unit can be checked for possible leaks. If required, the connections between the
hose, water tap and filter can be retightened.
Let the water run through the filter for approx. 10 minutes. The filter can now be
placed on it’s base.
Your smardy PRO 203 is now ready for operation and you can enjoy fresh osmosis
water.
