USER INSTRUCTIONS
Dial Scale
SCALE USE
1. Place the scale on a flat, level surface. A hard surface is best for maximum accuracy. Placing the scale on a rug may
affect the weighing accuracy.
2. Locate the zero adjustment control on the edge of the scale and adjust it so the indicator reads zero.
3. Step on and off the scale to check the "zero" setting. If pointer does not return to zero, repeat Step #2.
4. Step on the scale and position your feet in a manner that will distribute your weight evenly over the entire scale
platform. Stand still while reading display.
NOTE: It is normal for your weight to vary during a day and from one day to another. Slight changes in your weight are
generally normal.
SHOE SIZE MEASUREMENT
By aligning the feet of your child with one of the three color footprints on your scale you will be able to estimate your
child’s shoe size from 1T to 2K.
1. If you think your child wears a shoe size between 1T and 5T place his/her feet within the yellow footprint, making sure
to align the back of his/her heel with the heel of the footprint.
2. If you think your child wears a shoe size between 6T and 10T place his/her feet within the red footprint, making sure to
align the back of his/her heel with the heel of the footprint.
3. If you think your child wears a shoe size between 11T and 2K place his/her feet within the purple footprint, making
sure to align the back of his/her heel with the heel of the footprint.
NOTE: To ensure proper measurement make sure your child’s heel is in the correct heel placement for that shoe size
range (Yellow=1T-5T, Red=6T-10T, Purple=11T-2K).
