When using your travel adapter, basic precautions should always be followed, including the following:
a. READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING
b. DO NOT use this adapter with products containing screw-base
lamp holders (sockets) or convenience receptacles.
c. THIS PRODUCT IS NOT A VOLTAGE CONVERTER. Check the markings on each appliance and use this
adapter only with appliances rated for both 120 and 240 volts. Using appliances rated only for 120 volts
with this adapter may result in a risk of fire, electric shock, injury to persons or damage to the device.
d. DO NOT use with devices requiring earth connection.
e. ALWAYS attach the adapter to the plug of the device first, then insert the adapter into the outlet.
f. ALWAYS disconnect the adapter and the appliance from the electrical outlet when not in use.
g. DO NOT use adapter if it isn’t working correctly, has been damaged, or has been dropped in water.
h. INDOOR USE ONLY.
Using this adapter
The Power Gear International Travel Adapter does not convert voltage.
Use only with dual-voltage appliances rated for both 120V and 240V.
1. Ensure all adapter plugs are in the retracted/stored position.
2. Push and hold the button of the needed country plug and gently slide it outward.
3. Make sure the button is locked with the desired blade exposed.
4. Plug your device into the desired outlet on the adapter.
5. Plug adapter into the local wall outlet. (A blue LED light will indicate power)
Replacing the fuse
1. Locate the fuse on the bottom of the adapter.
2. Insert screw driver into slot on top of the fuse, then twist to open the fuse housing.
3. Turn adapter upside down and empty old fuse into hand.
4. Insert the new fuse, type T6.3AH, and replace the lid on top of the fuse housing.
Twist lid back into locked position.

Cómo usar este adaptador
El adaptador internacional de viaje Power Gear no es un transformador de voltaje.
Solo use con aparatos de doble voltaje que tengan capacidad nominal de 120 V y 240 V.
1. Asegúrese de que todos los enchufes del adaptador estén en la posición cerrada/para guardar.
2. Presione sin soltar el botón correspondiente al enchufe del país que
necesita usar y descelo hacia afuera con cuidado.
3. Asegúrese que el botón quede trabado con la clavija deseada expuesta.
4. Inserte el dispositivo en el enchufe correspondiente del adaptador.
5. Enchufe el adaptador en el tomacorriente de pared.
(Una luz LED azul indicará que está encendido)
Cambio del fusible
1. Localice el fusible en la parte inferior del adaptador.
2. Inserte el destornillador en la ranura ubicada en la parte superior del fusible luego
desatornille y abra el compartimiento donde está colocado el fusible.
3. De vuelta el adaptador para quitar el fusible sobre la mano.
4. Coloque el fusible nuevo, tipo T6.3AH y vuelva a colocar la tapa del
compartimiento. Gire la tapa hasta que quede trabada.
