The unique, easy-to-program features of your new Trainer will help enhance your next
workout experience.

Safety Precaution
1. Please read all the information in this manual or any other literature included in the
box before using the device. Please keep this manual for future reference.
2. Do not self-treat regarding the measurements of this device. Contact your physician
or healthcare provider before beginning a weight loss or exercise program.
3. Consult your physician before using this device when pregnant.
4. Operate the device only as intended. Do not use for any other purpose.
5. Do not place heavy objects on the device and keep the device away from humid, dusty
and smoky environments.
6. Do not use water, chemicals or detergent to clean the device.
Clean the surface with a soft cloth.
7. Do not use excessive force on the buttons.
8. Keep out of extreme heat or cold. The device is only operable between 32 F and
104 F.

GETTING START
Turning the Power On
1. To turn the device on, slide the power key from itsā€™ locked state to the left and hold it
in this position for three seconds.

2. Your device will perform the following actions every time it is turned on.
2.2 Load your music library
2.1 Haier message will appear.
Note:
If this is the first time you have turned your device on, a screen will appear
prompting you to edit your profile by inputting your personal data. Please refer
to ā€œProfile Editingā€ in the ā€œWorkout Optionsā€ section for more details).
2.3 Show your Weekly Workout Summary (from Saturday to Sunday)

Turning the Power Off
To turn the device off, slide the power key from the locked position to the left and hold
until a screen saying ā€œByeā€ appears.
Note:
Your device will automatically turn off if it is not used within your preset time period
(default is three minutes). Please refer to the ā€œAuto Power Offā€ in the ā€œSettingā€ section
for more details.
Key Lock
To avoid unwanted key pressed, slide the Power key to the right to lock the device.
To unlock the device, slide the Power key to the left and release.

USING THE KEYS
Mode / Back Page Key
Press the key to:
1. Switch between five modes on your device: Music, Workout, Heart Beat, Radio and
Setting mode.
2. Go back to the previous screen.
M (Option) Key
Press the key to:
1. Step through distance, steps, speed, and clock screen in the Workout mode.
2. See the option list in the Workout mode / Heartbeat mode.
+/- or Up/Down Key
Press the or key to:
1. Increase or decrease volume.
2. Browse up or down list.
Play/ Pause/ Confirm Key
Press the key to:
1. Play or pause music, and radio broadcast.
2. Start step counting, start heart beat measurement.
3. Enter/Confirm selected modes and options.
Note:
If no operation is chosen within 15 seconds of a particular mode, the screen will return
to the music mode or return to the pedometer mode if the step counter started.

1. Press the or key for browsing up or down the list.

Songs:
Select to play all songs or a particular song.
Now Playing:
Go to playback screen of the current playing song.
Repeat Option
Select repeat play settings:
1. Repeat Off: The device will not repeat songs played.
2. Repeat One: Play the current song repeatedly.
3. Repeat All: After the last songs in sequence is played, replay from the first song.
4.
Shuffle: Play all songs in random sequence.
5. Repeat Shuffle: Replay the songs in random sequence.

Select any of the following equalizer effect: Normal, Pop, Rock, Jazz and Classical.

WORKOUT MODE
In this mode, the device will measure and capture your workout information: the number
of steps you take, running/walking distance, speed, and calories burned.
Since the counters are activated as soon as you select the Workout mode, you should
begin to jog or walk.
Wearing your Device
In order for the device to measure your workout information
accurately, you must wear the device at one of the positions as
illustrated in the diagram. You may use the clip at the back of
device to attach it to your clothing and close to your body.

Counter Screens
Press the key to scroll through four different counter screens in sequence (Distance ->
Steps -> Speed -> Clock) to view the different counters.

At the End of the Jog or Walk
Stop the Counter and Save Information
1. Press the key at any Counter screen to stop the counting.
Note:
1. No steps will be counted until you have jogged or walked for at least six steps.
2. Counters will continue to run until you stop the counters
2. Press the key to save the counted steps, elapsed time, calculated calories burned
and speed. The saved information can be downloaded via the USB to the PC Software
supplied for further analysis.
Or press the key to go back to the main menu without saving the information.

In the Distance / Steps / Speed screen, press the (Split) key to log the current elapsed
time. The logged time can only be seen at the bottom right hand corner
of the Distance / Steps screen (marked by an ā€œsā€, the calorie counter will not be displayed)
while the elapsed time counter at the left continues to count.

View Record
1. At the Workout mode screen, press the key to enter the options menu and choose
View Records (saved workout information).
2. Scroll and select the record and review the details.
Review the Weekly Summary
At the Workout mode screen, press the key to enter the options menu and choose
Weekly Summary to review workout information.
Review the Saved Information
You may review your workout information saved, either once it's downloaded to your PC
or on the device.
