your new device. You have chosen a

high quality product. The instructions for

use are part of the product. They contain important

information concerning safety, use and disposal.

Before using the product, please familiarise yourself

with all of the safety information and instructions for

use. Only use the unit as described and for the spe-

ciﬁed applications. If you pass the product on to

anyone else, please ensure that you also pass on

all the documentation with it.

Proper use

This heating pad is designed to warm the human

body. It allows you to apply heat to speciﬁc areas

of the body. This heating pad is not intended for use

in hospitals or for commercial use. In particular it must

Do not use the heating pad if it is damp.

Do not misuse the mains cable to

carry or hang up the heating pad or

to pull the plug out of the socket. Keep

the cable away from heat, oil, and sharp edges.

If the mains cable is damaged or severed, do

not touch it, and remove the mains plug imme-

diately. Damaged or tangled cables increase

the risk of an electric shock.

Do not stick needles or sharp objects

into the heating pad.

If you use a cardiac pacemaker,

please consult your doctor and the

manufacturer of the pacemaker be-

fore using this heating pad. The electric and

magnetic ﬁelds generated by this electric hea-

ting pad may under certain circumstances inter-

fere with the operation of cardiac pacemakers.

However, the levels are far below the permissi-

ble limits.

RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK

AND INJURY! Before every use, check the

heating pad carefully for signs of wear and / or

damage. Do not use it if you see wear and

tear or damage or if the machine has been

used incorrectly. In this case, return it to the

dealer before using it again.

Children or anyone lacking the knowledge or

experience to use the heating pad, or anyone

with restricted physical, sensory or mental ca-

pacities, must not use the heating pad without

supervision or instruction by a person responsi-

ble for their safety. Children must be supervised

to ensure that they do not play with the heating

pad.

RISK OF INJURY! Do not use this

heating pad for helpless persons,

infants or persons who are insensitive

to heat (e.g. diabetics, people with disease-

related changes to the skin or scarred skin in

the area of use, or after taking pain-relieving

medication or consuming alcohol).

RISK OF BURNS! This heating

set by a parent or other responsible person, or

in how to use this heating pad safely.

CAUTION! Take care that you do

not fall asleep while the heating

pad is in operation. Excessively long

use can cause skin burns.

Do not use the heating pad on any part of the

body that is inﬂamed, injured or swollen. Seek

medical advice before using the heating pad if

in doubt. Such inﬂammation, injuries and / or

swelling may otherwise worsen.

Repairs must only be carried out by specially

trained personnel or at a repair shop authorised

by the manufacturer, since special tools are

necessary. Improper repairs may result in consi-

derable dangers for the user.

If the mains lead of the device is damaged, in

order to avoid causing further danger it must

be replaced by the manufacturer, a manufacturer-

approved repair centre or a suitably qualiﬁed

person.

AVOID DAMAGE TO THE

HEATING PAD!

Please make sure that you:

· only connect the heating pad to the voltage

indicated on the heating pad (label),

· only use the heating pad in conjunction with

the control

indicated on the heating pad

(label),

do not switch the heating pad on if

it is folded or bunched up,

· do not cause any sharp creases in the hea-

ting pad,

· do not place any objects, e.g. suitcase or

washing basket, on the heating pad when it

is switched on,

· do not place any sources of heat, e.g. hot

water bottle or similar, on the heating pad

when it is switched on.

These may all damage the heating pad.

tion. The electronic components in the control

of the heating pad cause the control

to heat

up slightly during operation.

Safety system

NOTE: the heating pad is equipped with a safety

system. The electronic sensor technology prevents the

entire surface of the heating pad from overheating

by automatically switching oﬀ in the event of a fault.

If the safety system switches the heating pad oﬀ

automatically as a result of a fault, the temperature

display on the control

will no longer be illumi-

nated when the heating pad is switched on.

Please note that, for safety reasons, the heating

pad must not be used after a fault and must be

returned to the service address indicated.

Operation

NOTE: the heating pad may smell of plastic the

ﬁrst time you use it, but this will disappear after a

short period of time.

Switching on / oﬀ / Selecting

the temperature

To use the device, ﬁrst connect the control unit

to the heating pad by plugging the plug-in

connector

and the plug for the control unit

together (see Fig. B).

Switching on:

Set the control unit

to a setting 1–6 to

switch on the heating pad.

Switching oﬀ:

Set Level 0 on the control

to switch the

heating pad oﬀ.

Selecting the temperature:

Set the highest temperature level (Level 6)

shortly before use. This heats the pad fastest.

If you are going to use the device for a number

of hours, set it to the middle temperature setting

(setting 3).

Temperature levels

Set the required temperature level on the con-

trol

(see Fig. A).

Setting 0: oﬀ

Settings 1+2: minimum heat

Settings 3+4: medium heat

Settings 5+6: maximum heat

Automatic switch-oﬀ

NOTE: The heating pad switches itself oﬀ automat-

ically after about 90minutes. The LED indicator on

the control unit

shows “A”.

First select position “0” and after approx.

5seconds select the required temperature level

to switch the heating pad back on.

Switch the heating pad oﬀ (Level “0”) or take

the mains plug out of the socket if you do not

wish to use the heating pad after automatic

switch-oﬀ.

Cleaning and care

Use the heating pad with the textile cover to

prevent soiling or damage to the heating pad

(particularly if using essential oils and creams).

separate the plug-in connector

DAMAGE! Do not under any

circumstances switch the heating pad on to dry

help it dry.

Do not use chemical cleaners or scouring

agents to clean the heating pad or the control

unit

. Otherwise the heating pad could be

damaged.

Never immerse the control unit

in water or

other liquids. Otherwise you might damage it.

Do not hang the heating pad up to dry with pegs

or similar. The heating pad may otherwise be

damaged.

Use a dry, ﬂuﬀ-free cloth to clean and care for

the heating pad and the control unit

To remove stubborn dirt from the heating pad,

you can dampen the cloth or moisten it with

a little mild liquid detergent.

First open the zip fastener on the textile cover

and take out the heating pad.

Clean the textile cover in accordance with the

cleaning symbols on the label:

The heating pad and removable

cover are machine washable. Set

the washing machine on a gentle

30 °C washing program.

Do not bleach. Do not use detergents

containing bleach (such as full tem-

perature range washing powders or

liquids).

Do not dry the heating pad or the

removable cover in the tumble dryer.

Do not iron the heating pad or the

removable cover.

Do not clean with chemicals / dry

clean.

Take care when replacing the heating pad in

the textile cover that the cable exits at the end

of the zip. It will not otherwise be possible to

close the zip.

For ecological reasons, please only wash the

heating pad together with other textiles. Use

a mild laundry detergent according to the

manufacturer’s instructions.

Please note that frequent washing will cause

wear to the heating pad. It should therefore be

washed no more than max. 10 times in a washing

machine throughout its useful life.

Please note that the heating pad may not be

dry cleaned, bleached, wrung out, dried

mechanically, mangled or ironed.

Storage

Allow the heating pad to cool down before

folding and storage, otherwise material damage

may occur.

To prevent the heating pad from becoming shar-

ply creased, do not store other objects on top

of the heating pad.

If you do not intend to use the heating pad

for any length of time, store it in the original

packaging in a dry environment and without

weighing it down.

Warranty

The warranty for this appliance is for 3

years from the date of purchase. The ap-

pliance has been manufactured with care

and meticulously examined before deliv-

ery. Please retain your receipt as proof of

purchase. In the event of a warranty claim,

please make contact by telephone with our

Service Department. Only in this way can a

ost-free despatch for your goods be assured.

The warranty covers only claims for material and

maufacturing defects, but not for transport damage,

for wearing parts or for damage to fragile compo-

nents, e.g. buttons or batteries. This product is for pri-

vate use only and is not intended for commercial use.

The warranty is void in the case of abusive and im-

proper handling, use of force and internal tamper-

ing not carried out by our authorized service branch.

Your statutory rights are not restricted in any way

by this warranty.

made unter warranty. This applies also to replaced

and repaired parts. Any damage and defects extant

on purchase must be reported immediately after

Älä käytä lämpötyynyä kehon osilla, jotka ovat

tulehtuneet, loukkaantuneet tai turvoksissa. Mikäli

olet epävarma, kysy lääkäriltä neuvoa ennen

kuin otat tyynyn käyttöön. Muussa tapauksessa

tulehdukset, loukkaantumiset ja / tai turvotukset

voivat pahentua.

Anna korjaukset vain pätevän ammattihenkilös-

tön tai valmistajan hyväksymän korjaamon teh-

täväksi, koska töissä tarvitaan erikoistyökaluja.

Asiantuntemattomista korjauksista voi aiheutua

huomattavia vaaroja käyttäjille.

Jos tämän laitteen verkkojohto vaurioituu, on

vaarojen välttämiseksi valmistajan, tämän hyväk-

symän korjaamon tai vastaavan pätevyyden

omaavan henkilön vaihdettava se.

VÄLTÄ LÄMPÖTYYNYN

VAURIOITUMINEN!

Pidä huolta siitä, että:

· lämpötyyny liitetään vain lämpötyynyllä

(etiketissä) ilmoitettuun jännitteeseen,

· lämpötyynyä käytetään ainoastaan yhdessä

lämpötyynyllä (etiketissä) ilmoitetun ohjaus-

rasian

kanssa,

lämpötyynyä ei kytketä päälle

laskostettuna tai kokoonkäärittynä,

· älä taita lämpötyynyä jyrkille laskoksille,

· älä aseta mitään esineitä, kuten esim. matka-

laukkua tai pyykkikoria lämpötyynylle sen

ollessa kytketty päälle,

· älä aseta mitään lämpölähteitä, kuten esim.

lämpöpulloa tai vastaavaa lämpötyynylle

sen ollessa kytketty päälle.

Koska nämä voivat vahingoittaa lämpötyynyä.

Älä peitä ohjausrasiaa

äläkä jätä sitä läm-

pötyynylle, kun tämä on käytössä. Elektroniset

komponentit lämpötyynyn ohjausrasiassa

aikaansaavat ohjausrasian

heikkoa lämpe-

nemistä sen ollessa käytössä.

Turvallisuusjärjestelmä

HUOMAUTUS: Lämpötyyny on varustettu turvalli-

suusjärjestelmällä. Sen elektroninen anturitekniikka

estää lämpötyynyn ylikuumenemisen sen koko pin-

nan alueella kytkemällä tyynyn automaattisesti pois

vian esiintyessä.

Mikäli lämpötyyny kytketään vian esiintyessä auto-

maattisesti pois turvallisuusjärjestelmällä, niin läm-

pötilan porrasnäyttö ei pala ei enää ohjausrasiassa

, ei myöskään kun lämpötyyny on kytketty päälle.

Ota huomioon, ettei lämpötyynyä saa vian

jälkeen enää turvallisuussyistä ottaa uudelleen

käyttöön ja se on lähetettävä ilmoitettuun huol-

topisteosoitteeseen.

Käyttöönotto

HUOMAUTUS: Lämpötyynyn ensimmäisessä

käytössä voi kehittyä muovin hajua, joka haihtuu

kuitenkin lyhyessä ajassa.

Päälle- / poiskytkeminen /

lämpötilan valinta

Yhdistä ennen käyttöönottoa ensin ohjausosa

lämpötyynyyn liittämällä siihen pistokytkin

ohjausosan

pistoke (katso kuva B).

Käynnistys:

Säädä ohjausosan

porras 1–6 kytkeäksesi

lämpöpatjan päälleä.

Poiskytkeminen:

Säädä ohjausrasiaan

porras 0, kun haluat

kytkeä lämpötyynyn pois päältä.

Lämpötilan valinta:

Valitse vähän ennen käyttöä kaikkein korkein

lämpötilaporras (porras 6). Näin saavutat no-

pean lämpenemisen.

Valitse useampien tuntien käyttöä varten keski-

lämpötilaporras (porras 3).

Lämpötilaportaat

Aseta haluamasi lämpötilaporras ohjausrasian

avulla (katso kuva A).

Porras 0: pois päältä

Porras 1+2: minimi lämpö

Porras 3+4: keskilämpö

Porras 5+6: maksimi lämpö

Poiskytkentäautomatiikka

HUOMAUTUS: Virta katkeaa lämpötyynystä au-

tomaattisesti noin 90 minuutin kuluttua. Ohjausosan

LED-näyttöön tulee näyttö „A”.

Valitse ensin asento ”0” ja noin 5 sekunnin

kuluttua sitten haluttu lämpötilaporras, niin

lämpötyyny kytkeytyy taas päälle.

Kytke lämpötyyny pois (porras ”0”) ja irrota

pistoke pistorasiasta, jos et ajan poiskytkennän

jälkeen halua enää käyttää lämpötyynyä.

Puhdistus ja hoito

Käytä lämpötyynyä tekstiilipäällisellä niin vältät

lämpötyynyn likaantumisen tai vahingoittumisen

(etenkin jos käytät eteerisiä öljyjä tai voiteita).

Älä missään tapauksessa kytke läm-

pötyynyä päälle, kun haluat kuivattaa sen.

Älä käytä lämpötyynyn ja ohjausosan

distukseen kemiallisia tai hankaavia puhdistus-

aineita. Koska nämä voivat vahingoittaa

lämpötyynyä.

Älä koskaan upota ohjausosaa

veteen tai

muihin nesteisiin. Se voi muuten vaurioitua.

Älä ripusta lämpötyynyä kuivumaan pyykkipo-

jilla tai vastaavilla kiinnitettynä. Koska nämä

voivat vahingoittaa lämpötyynyä.

Käytä lämpötyynyn ja ohjausosan

puhdis-

tukseen ja hoitoon kuivaa, nukkautumatonta

liinaa.

Os lämpötyyny on normaalia likaisempi, voit

kostuttaa liinan ja käyttää kostutukseen hieman

nestemäistä hienopesuainetta.

Avaa ensin tekstiilipäällisen vetoketju ja ota sit-

ten lämpötyyny päällisestä.

Puhdista tekstiilipäällinen etiketissä olevia pesu-

symboleita noudattaen.

Lämpötyyny ja irrotettava päällinen

voidaan pestä koneella. Käytä kone-

pesussa hienopesuohjelmaa 30 °C.

Ei saa valkaista. Älä myöskään käy-

tä valkaisevia aineita sisältäviä pe-

suaineita (esim. yleispesuainetta).

Älä kuivaa lämpötyynyä äläkä irro-

tettavaa päällistä rumpukuivaimessa.

Älä silitä lämpötyynyä äläkä irrotet-

tavaa päällistä.

Ei saa käyttää kemiallista puhdistusta.

Huolehdi lämpötyynyä tyyyliinaan pistäessäsi,

että johto tulee ulos vetoketjun päästä. Muussa

tapauksessa vetoketjua ei voida sulkea.

Pese lämpötyyny ekologisista syistä aina vain

yhdessä muiden tekstiilien kanssa. Käytä hieno-

pesuainetta ja annostele se pesuaineen valmis-

tajan käyttöohjeen mukaisesti.

Muista, että lämpötyyny kärsii liian usein tapah-

tuvasta pesusta. Lämpötyyny tulisi tästä syystä

pestä koko käyttöikänsä aikana korkeintaan

10 kertaa pyykkikoneessa.

Huomioi, ettei lämpötyynyä saa puhdistaa ke-

miallisesti, kiertää, kuivata koneellisesti, manke-

loida eikä silittää.

Säilytys

Anna lämpötyynyn jäähtyä, ennen kuin panet

sen varastoon. Se voi muuten vaurioitua.

Säilytä lämpötyyny alkuperäisessä pakkaukses-

saan kuivassa ympäristössä ja ilman painoa,

jos et käytä sitä pitempään aikaan.

Takuu

Laitteen takuu on 3 vuotta ostopäivästä.

Laite on valmistettu huolellisesti ja tarkis-

tettu tarkasti ennen toimitusta. Säilytä

ostokuitti todisteeksi takuun voimassa-

olosta. Ota takuutapauksessa puhelimitse

yhteyttä huoltopisteeseesi. Vain näin

voidaan taata tuotteesi maksuton lähet-

täminen huoltoon.

Takuu koskee ainoastaan materiaali- ja valmistusvir-

heitä, ei kuitenkaan kuljetusvaurioita, kuluvia osia tai

herkästi vaurioituvien osien, esim. kytkinten tai akkujen

vaurioita. Tuote on tarkoitettu ainoastaan yksityiseen,

ei kaupalliseen käyttöön.

Väärä tai asiaton käyttö, väkivallan käyttö ja muiden

kuin valtuutetun huoltopisteen suorittamat korjaukset

aiheuttavat takuun raukeamisen. Tämä takuu ei ra-

joita kuluttajan lakisääteisiä oikeuksia.

Takuukorjaus ei pidennä takuuaikaa. Tämä koskee myös

vaihdettuja ja korjattuja osia. Mahdollisista jo ostettaessa

olemassa olevista vahingoista ja puutteista on ilmoitetta-

va välittömästi pakkauksesta purkamisen jälkeen, kuiten-

kin viimeistään kaksi päivää ostopäiväyksen jälkeen.

Takuuajan jälkeen suoritetut korjaukset ovat maksullisia.
