Required Tools
Size 13 and 17 metric open end wrench
Size 5 and 6 metric Allen wrench
Step stool or ladder
Pallet jack
Getting started
1. Put the main pod where you want it permanently
(Figure on right) first then the weight stacks will follow
each unit.

2. Remove from pallet by tilting it to one side.
3. Make sure to clear out trash and boxes as you go
along
Note: Remember, 124 inches will be needed between
towers. Make sure the crossover station facing the
correct way before starting to stack the weights.
There are no orders in which unit to build.

Station Assembly
1. Contents: Box will come with what is shown on Fig. 3.
The additional 4 boxes will have the weights

2. Make sure the set collar set screws are facing out.
3. Put caps back on then tighten by holding guide rod
with upwards with one hand and the other hand
screwing.

4. Before putting in the weights to the guide rods, lift the
frame to place the cable pulley and rubber feet under
the unit.

5. Insert washers on the screws
6. Tighten all four screws to the frame

7. Start with box 5 of 5 first (which is the heaviest plate)
8. Figure shows the weight stack range.

9. Insert the heavy weight first.
10. Check to see if the weight switches flip back and forth
as you insert them.

11. Screw upper pulley bracket assembly to the frame with
three (3) screws and washers

12. Screw on plate with two (2) screws and washers.
13. Make sure the cable is not going through the whole of
the plate. Should be going through hole of the upper
pulley assembly

14. Locate the peg by the lower pulley then unscrew it out.

15. Insert handle weld adjustment guide tube to the peg
and hand tight screws.
Note: Tighten with an Allen wrench after the upper
portion has been tightened

16. Remove the upper pulley to have access to perform the
next step.

17. After the bottom portion beam has been hand
tightened, line up the upper portion with the frame and
tighten with Allen wrench.
18. Do the same for the lower portion

19. Place pulley back to frame. Make sure the cable is
going over the pulley then tighten.

20. Note #1 on the diagram shows the start of the cable
routing.
21. To begin; insert the cable by removing the upper pulley
(arrow #1) and insert between two staggered pulleys on
the red handle assembly.
22. Re-insert the pulley and follow the yellow routing
arrows.
23. #2 is another pulley that needs to be removed to insert
the cable to pass through.

24. After routing, take the tail end with the fasteners and
take off the fasteners

25. As arrows show, the top nut is to tighten the cable.
Make sure not to have more than 3 threads showing.
26. Use pliers and wrench to tighten the fastener on the
lower arrow.

frame

1. highest holes are for the triceps machine everything
has washers

Note: The additional 4 boxes will have the weights and
the figure shows the range.

3. Place the pad to align with the holes. Screw them to the
frame with washers on both sides.

4. Insert cable through the hole above the plate rods
before installing the pulley bracket assembly.

5. Repeat the same procedure above on installing the
pulley bracket assembly and inserting the weights.
Note: To complete the installation on this section,
repeat steps from 1 to 16 on Station Assembly.
