STEP 1

Install the End Cap (24) on the Main frame properly (1).

STEP 2

Install the Leg Foam Frame L&R (4&5) on the Main Frame (1), using Spring Washer (42), Big

Washer Φ9*Φ24*2 (44) and Hex Bolt M8*20(36).

Fixing the Connecting Rod (8) on the Leg Foam Frame L&R (4&5) and Main Frame (1) , using

Flat Washer Φ9*Φ16*1.6 (40) and M8 Nut(47).

STEP 3

Install the Side Foam Support frame (6) on the Leg Foam Frame L&R (4&5), using Flat Washer

Φ9*Φ16*1.6(40), Hex Bolt M8*50(34) and Nut M12 (37).

Connect Side Foam (23) and Side Foam Support Frame (6) , using Flat Washer Φ9*Φ16*1.6

(40) and Hex Bolt M8*45(35)

STEP 4

Install the Seat Cushion (20) on the Main Frame (1), using Flat Washer Φ9*Φ16*1.6 (40) and

Hex Bolt M8*20 (36).

Install the Back-Cushion Frame (2) on the Main frame (1), using Flat Washer Φ9*Φ16*1.6 (40),

Hex Bolt M12*120(33) and M12 Nut (46).

Assemble Back Cushion (21) and Back Cushion Frame (2), using Flat Washer Φ9*Φ16*1.6 (40)

and Hex Bolt M8*45 (35).

STEP 5

Insert the Handlebar (9) into the hole on Leg Foam Frame L&R (4&5).

Install the Handwheel (19) on Main frame (1) properly.

Debug the machine to ensure the hand wheel rotate smoothly and the leg Foam Frame L&R

open and close easily.

Tube Grease is first applied to

the wood chip and then to the

gear to prevent pinching
