Dear Sir or Madame:

Our product, the “RUCS Distribution Module” (model RDM21, FCC ID: 2A2SC-RDM21) is a

high-power, ruggedized meshing outdoor access point designed for the connection and

extension of existing internet services.

We declare:

1. The distribution modules cannot be sold retail, directly to the general public, or by mail

order. It shall only be sold through dealers or Tekniam agents.

2. It shall only be installed by trained professionals. The trained professional shall ensure

the devices are properly mounted, aimed appropriately for specific installation, and

properly configured to connect to the network. The device is primarily intended for

permanent installation at least 5 meters above the ground and is not a readily portable

device. Temporary installations are possible with proper placement guidelines being

followed.

3. The intended use is typically not for general public.
