How do I access the voice assistant using my Jabra Elite 85h?
To access the voice assistant on your smartphone using your Jabra Elite
85h, press the Voice button when you are not on a call.
Note
Before you can access the voice assistant, you must first activate it on
your smartphone. Refer to the user manual for your smartphone for the
relevant instructions.
Apple has introduced security updates in the iOS smartphone operating
system (version 12.4 or later) that limit the Amazon Alexa voice assistant
functionality to only work when Jabra Sound+ is open and in the
foreground on your smartphone. This does not apply for other voice
assistants.
