HELPFUL HINTS
• Only slice boneless meats. DO NOT attempt to slice extremely hard foods, or fruits with seeds.
• NEVER attempt to slice frozen foods.
• Your slicer is perfect for consistent and uniform slices of fruits, onions, cucumbers, cheese, potatoes, or
homemade breads.
• For best results ALWAYS chill cheese or raw meats prior to slicing. It is best to spray the Blade with water
or wipe with a damp sponge when slicing soft cheese. If excess cheese builds up on the Blade surface, wipe
with a damp cloth to avoid motor from overheating.
• Ensure all wrapping materials are removed from food prior to slicing.
• When slicing meat that has just been cooked, allow it to rest for at least 15 minutes prior to slicing. This will
allow natural juices to redistribute throughout, for a juicier, more flavorful taste.
