Allgemein / General information
Für Übertragung einer mechanischen Bewegung bzw. einer Zugkraft wird ein Bowdenzug
(nach DIN 71986 „Seilzug“) eingesetzt. Der Bowdenzug ist eine flexible verlegbare
Kombination aus einem Drahtseil und einer in Verlaufrichtung stabilen Hülle.
A Bowden cable (“control cable” according to DIN 71986) is used to transfer a mechanical
movement or tensile force. A Bowden cable is a combination of a helical steel cable and a
sturdy outer sheath aligned with the direction of movement, which can be laid flexibly.

Überprüfung des Schnittes, die Litze darf max 0,5 mm über den Schraubnippel überstehen.
Ansonsten kann sich der Nippel nicht frei in der Lagerstelle drehen und die Litze richtet sich nicht
in die Zugrichtung aus. Richtet sich die Litze nicht in Zugrichtung aus, wird diese bei jeder
Betätigung abgeknickt und reißt nach kürzester Zeit!
Check the cut; the cable must stick out more than 0.5 mm over the screw nipple. Otherwise the
nipple cannot turn freely in the bearing position and the cable will not adjust to the direction of
movement. If the cable does not adjust to the direction of movement, it is kinked with every
operation and soon tears!
