• Power drill
• 1/4” drill bit
• 7/16” socket
• 7/16” wrench or second 7/16” socket
• Needle nose pliers
• Soft-blow mallet
Installing the A145 Loading Buddy Wheels
1. Place the handle body in position on the back of the
machine and mark where to drill the holes. Drill two holes
using the 1/4” drill bit.
3. Place a rubber washer, large washer, and lock nut, in
that order, on each bolt on the inside of the recovery tank.
Optional: Add silicone to the rubber washers to guaran-
tee there are no air leaks.
5. Slide the axle into the handle body and use a soft-blow
mallet to hit it through.
2. Place a small washer on each bolt and bolt the handle
body in place.
4. Tighten the bolts while holding the lock nuts on the
inside of the tank with a wrench or a second 7/16” socket.
6. Slide the wheels onto the axle and use needle nose
pliers to snap the c-clips in place.
