1. About the Product
This product is a PCI Express bus-compliant interface board that expands the input function
of a PC for analog signals. Maximum conversion speed is 10MSPS (100nsec), with
simultaneous sampling of four channels at a same time. The bus master transfer function
allow continuous data acquisition to be performed at high speed for a long period. Sam-
pling can be started and stopped by software, conversion data comparison (level compar-
ison, in-range comparison, out-of-range comparison), external trigger, or event controller
output. Uses a BNC connector that can connect directly to the signal source. Also features
four digital input and output ports respectively (requires the optional DT-E3 cable).

input signals.
Termination Resistor Setting Switch
The termination resistor setting switch is used to insert the termination resistor. Set up
the termination resistor if suitable for the device to which you are connecting.
This product has internal 50 (±1%) termination resistors. SW4 sets the resistor for channel
0, SW3 for channel 1, SW2 for channel 2, and SW1 for channel 3.
- Do not change the switch setting while the signal source is connected.
Changing the setting may damage this product or connected signal source.
- The input current increases when the 50 termination resistor is inserted.
Check the output current of the input signal source if connecting the termination resis-
tor. Inappropriate use of the termination resistor may damage the input signal source.
- Termination resistor setting
If you want to set a termination resistor, set the switch corresponding to the desired channel
to the connector side.

Board ID Setting Switch
If you install two or more boards on one personal computer, assign a different ID value to
each of the boards to distinguish them. Set a different value per board.
The board IDs can be set from 0 - Fh to identify up to sixteen boards. If only one board is
used, the original factory setting (Board ID = 0) should be used.
Sync Signal Control Connectors
This product is equipped with sync signal control connectors (CN6, CN7) for connecting a
sync signal cable. When the cable is connected, multiple boards can operate in sync with
one another.
