3. Preheatgrillfor30minutesoruntilstonetemperaturereadsbetween500º-700ºF.Forthe
mostaccuratetemperaturereading,useaninfraredthermometertomeasurethestone
temperature.
4. Prepareyourpizzaontheincludedpeelanduseittotransferthepizzaintothebaker,
directlyonthestone.
5. Cookthepizzafor5-7minutes,rotatingthepizza180ºabouthalfwaythroughcooking.

handletosecurethehandleinplacebeforeusingthepeel.
