If the water temperature is not acchieved after heat pump heating

There are 7 models for Alto ALH/S series(EVI-Enhanced vapour injection
technology) heat pump range. They are AHH-R075/ALH, AHH-R100/ALH,
AHH-R120/ALH,AHH-R140/ALH, AHH-R160/ALH, AHH-R220/ALH,
AHH-R280/ALH. Heat is distributed throughout the house over a hydronic
heating system with outlet water temperature of 65. Most of the heating
demand is taken care of by the heat pump.

There are two sets 5 metre copper pipes in the accessary kits to
connect the outdoor and indoor unit.

Before switching on the unit press this button for 5 seconds
to turn on the user’s setting function. Press this button for
10 seconds to turn on the manufacture parameter setting
function.
After switching on the unit. Press this button for 5 seconds to
set heater manually or heater automatically just press
transienctly to select heater consumption.
BUTTON EXPLANATION
Press shortly to switch water tank temperature
setting and room temperature setting. The room
symbol will appear on the screen when enter room
temperature setting.
Press for 5 seconds to get into manually protection
against legionella flashes on the screen function
press for 5 seconds to enter manual defrosting function
it can get into the consulting
for current running status checking

CONSULT FUNCTION

ELECTRIC HEATER SETTING
After the heat pump is turned on
Press for 3 seconds can lead to manual electric heating OR automatic
electric heating. Automatic electric heating is set in default.When manual
electric heating is activated, it buzzs twice.
Press again to cancel electric heating setting(you must press button
three times until the three sliver at the up-left corner disappear.)

Troubleshooting
1.Check and adjust the quick connection fiting of wire control.
2.Check the digital wire of wire control
The ambient temperature sensor is not working well, please
change a good one
The defrosting temperature sensor is not working well, please

The discharge pipe temperature sensor is not working well,
please change a good one
The room temperature sensor is not working well, please

Phase protection
1.Change the locating of any two phase
2.Check the voltage between phase wire
Check the refrigerant system

operating well
Make sure there is no air in water circulation system

2.See that the thermostats are open in the radiators or
the floor heating. More than the half of them must be open
to the whole position.
3.Check the filter(water) and clean it if it some dust in it.
4. Check if it is air in the water system. remove from the vessels.
