Note:
The GSM signal depends on the used SIM card. If you signal is low then please use
another provider.
Mileage of the fully charged battery:
Standby time with one battery charge is 6-9 months with 1-2 GPS positions/day in
Mode5 mode (see below). It varies with the user setting and the number of transmitted
positions per day.
SIM card size:
To use the AMGoTrack a Micro SIM card is required (no nano or standard SIM
size!)
For the correct operation of the GPS module, the device should be located
outdoors or in the vehicle, in the house is often not possible to connect to the
GPS satellites.

The 9 year long-term SIM card has no PIN function.
Preparation
Warning! The following procedures for using the SIM card are only to be
carried out if the AMG 9 years SIM is NOT used but a separate SIM card!
The 9 years SIM from AMG does NOT send a reply SMS! This feature is
disabled.

Remove SIM card PIN:
Before inserting the SIM card, make sure that it PIN request is disabled.
If necessary, the SIM card must be inserted in a mobile phone and the PIN request
deactivated there. The procedure varies depending on the phone manufacturer and
can be requested in the manual or from the manufacturer.
Insert the SIM card:
Open the case by unscrewing the 4 screws on the back of the AMGoTrack and
carefully pull apart the two halves of the case. Slide the metal bracket in the SIM slot
inward and fold it upwards. Insert the micro SIM card into the slot, close the metal
bracket, and slide the bracket outward again so that the SIM card is secure.

Then plug both housing halves together again. Make sure that the halves are placed
squarely on top of each other. Finally, secure the housing with the 4 loose screws.

Switching the AMGoTrack on and off
To switch on the AMGoTrack, please press the on / off switch up to the red dot. Then
press the GPS button. Both LEDs should light up. When delivered, the device should
already be switched on (when using a 9 years SIM Card by AMG).

To switch off, please press the on / off switch downwards.
In order to be able to use the AMGoTrack again, the on / off switch must be put back up
to the red dot and then the GPS button must be pressed again.
Charging AMGoTrack
To charge the device, simply insert a mini-USB charging cable into the charging socket
provided. The best way to connect the other end to a USB power adapter is to plug it into
a power outlet.

The charging process starts automatically after the device is connected to a circuit.
Note: After the battery has been charged, the device can be switched on again by
pushing the on / off switch back up to the red dot. To reactivate the GPS please press the
GPS button.

When you have selected the time frame you want to view, click Search.

How to create Geofence for your GPS
To create Geofence, you must be on your device.
Then press this button
You will be asked if you want to edit or delete, if you already have Geofence. If not, you should see a
screen with geofence that allows you to click anywhere on the map to move the circle.

You can choose when the tracker enters and / or leaves your zone. You can drag the
selector to increase the radius and specify a name for the geofence.
Change of standard programming
Note:
Our 9-year long-term Sim is a pure data sim without SMS and call function.
To make using the GPS tracker as easy and convenient as possible, all the necessary
settings have already been made. AMGoTrack sends a position message every 3 minutes
as long as the vehicle is in motion.
The position is displayed as a red dot in the blue marked, driven route in the app.
If AMGoTrack is to send a position at shorter intervals, it is necessary to change the
settings. Please note, the more positions are sent per day, the earlier the 9 year credit
on the SIM can be used up and must then be rebooked.
For a change of settings, we recommend a SIM card with SMS function. Insert this SIM
card into the tracker before reprogramming and program it with this SIM.
Change the time interval for frequent travelers/ stop-and-go-rides
permanent and motion-independent transmission of the GPS position to the
platform (adaption of the standard programming)

TI30M TI = Time Interval = Interval for updating the GPS posotion in
the online portal while driving
30M = Update interval = 30 minutes (format xxM/H) when
driving without breakpoints and stops
Description: With these settings, the AMGoTrack will only be active when the vehicle is
moved with the AMGoTrack. During standstill, no new data is transferred (LEDs of the
AMGoTrack are switched off). In this "deep sleep" mode, the AMGoTrack is not connected
to either the GSM network or GPS. If you would like to send a new command via SMS,
you can "wake up" the AMGoTrack by move or by hand (LEDs turn on). Now you have 15
minutes again (see basic setting DS1, 15M), in which the AMGoTrack is connected to the
GSM network and can receive and process commands.
DS0 = Deactivation of the deep sleep mode before a planned
change of setting and activation of new modes
Set the time zone
The time zone of the device can be set with the following command and depends on
the Coordinated Universal Time (abbreviation UTC).
The command is TZ immediately followed by the desired modifier, two digits with +
or - in front of it.
Examples:
For the German summertime, the command is: TZ+02
For the german wintertime, the command is: TZ+01
Position monitoring on the website
You can log on to the website: http://easytracking24.online/ with the access data you
will find on the back of your device. The username usually consists of the last 6 digits of
the IMEI number of the device and the default password is 123456.
(see the back of the tracker).

Error message when logging in to the web portal
Caution:
It may happen that you get such an error message when logging in via the web
interface:
{"msg":"Unbekannter Fehler","code":10998,"data":{}}
This means that you are using a router that uses an IPv6 address. This message
may appear when the web portal is called up. You should make this call through
a port that uses IPv4 addresses or uses your phone as a hotspot and calls it,
there are IPv4 addresses in use.
Under the input field you can set the language of the page, by
default this is set in English. A checkmark next to "Save settings
on this computer" will take the language for future visits.
If you are logged in the page, you will see the navigation bar on the left side
consisting of the following items:
Location List: Query the last known position of your AMGoTrack.
History: Query and display of the stored position data of your AMGoTrack.
Reports: Download possibility for various transaction data of your AMGoTrack as PDF
or Excel file.
Map: Manual entry for longitude and latitude and display on the map.
Diagram: Statistics on the movement profile of your AMGoTrack.
Manage: Ability to change the password for the website access.
Attention! We recommend changing this as soon as possible to prevent unauthorized
access to your data.
Manual GPS Position query
Send the command LOC via SMS to the AMGoTrack and you will receive a reply SMS
with the current or last known GPS position as a Google Maps link. (not available for
9 years data SIM -> no reply SMS possible).
Send the command S2 via SMS to the AMGoTrack, after this command the
AMGoTrack establishes the GPRS connection (the green LED flashes 2 times every 3
seconds) and a short time later the position is updated in the online portal.

Switch LEDs on and off
Send LED1 as SMS text to the AMGoTrack to switch off the LEDs on the device
(power saving option). To switch the LEDs on again, send LED0 as SMS text.
Set up PIN request for the AMGoTrack
Send the command 123456Lock via SMS to the AMGoTrack.
After this command, you will need a password for all settings or command SMS
(except for a restart or RESET!).
Example:
123456LOC,123456A1 etc. (Standard password is 123456)
To deactivate the password lock, send an SMS with the command 123456unlock to
the AMGoTrack.
Change PIN code
Send the command [old password] + H + [new password] via SMS to the
AMGoTrack.
Example: 123456H666666
The old password 123456 has now been successfully changed to 666666.
* The default password will not be deleted by changing a new SIM card.
* The new password should have a minimum length of 6 numbers.
Restart the device
Send the command reboot via SMS to the AMGoTrack.
The device restarts automatically without changing the settings.
Set the device to factory settings
Send the command RESET! via SMS to the AMGoTrack.
Note: This command will restore all settings to factory defaults.

GeoFence, Smart-Live-Tracking, Speed alert
Note: Alarm messages can only be displayed in the online portal if a pure data SIM card
is used (for example, 9 years SIM). When using a SIM card with call / SMS function and
monthly data volume alarm SMS will be sent by the AMGoTrack, if all necessary settings
have been made.
1. The telephone number for alarming
(max. 3 numbers!)
ATTENTION: Always set the country code/code of the phone number=> for example
+4915212345678, so that the flow of information is also available abroad.
To save the telephone numbers, please follow this steps:
The command for the first telephone number: A1,telephone number
Note: without spaces in the text, uppercase or lowercase
Send the content with your mobile phone: A1,xxxxxx to
the telephone number in the AMGoTrack.
^ You receive the message when the entry is successful:
Mobile number 1 OK!
If you want to delete the telephone number: -> SMS with the content A0 to the
AMGoTrack
Command for 2. Telephone number: B1,telephone number
You receive the message when the entry is successful: Mobile number 2 OK!
If you want to delete the telephone number -> SMS with the content B0 to the
AMGoTrack
Command for 3. Telephone number: C1,Telephone number
You receive the message when the entry is successful: Mobile number 3 OK!
If you want to delete the telephone number -> SMS with the content C0 to the
AMGoTrack
2. Set a GeoFence area
Recommendation -> Define the GeoFence area in the online portal
Under Device List you select the tracker, here you click on the selection as you can see in
the picture, then on the menu "Geofence"

Now you can see this menu on the screen:
Now please click on "Add" for a new geofence with the mouse.
Here you can now create a geofence of your choice with the commands "circle" or
"polygon" top right. To save, please enter a name, choose how you want to be alerted
and save the geofence. The option "Send alarm via SMS" is not supported here.
If you want to change an existing geofence, select it and go to the name or highlight it
and press the "Edit" button.

When leaving or entering the Geofence you will receive a push message on your
phone if you have installed the APP easytracking24.
3. Speed alert
SMS command: speed1,xx(x) speed1 = activates the speed alert
xxx = speed in km/h 2 or 3 digits
Example 1: speed alert set at 85 km/h speed1,85
Example 2: speed alert at 2 km/h speed1,02
