Thank you for purchasing this Vollrath equipment. Before operating the
equipment, read and familiarize yourself with the following operating
and safety instructions. SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS FOR FUTURE
REFERENCE. Save the original box and packaging. Use this packaging
to ship the equipment if repairs are needed.

To ensure safe operation, read the following statements and understand
their meaning. This manual contains safety precautions which are
explained below. Please read carefully.
Warning is used to indicate the presence of a hazard that will or can
cause severe personal injury or death.
Caution is used to indicate the presence of a hazard that will or can
cause minor or major personal injury if the caution is ignored.
NOTICE: Notice is used to note information that is important but not
hazard-related.
NOTICE: Each LidSaver™ is factory set to dispense a particular lid.
If you change lid manufacturers or if the manufacturer
changes the lid or you wish to dispense a different size lid,
your LidSaver™ will need to be modified. Vollrath offers
lid change out kits that are easy to install. Visit
www.Vollrath.com for more information.
TOOLS YOU WILL NEED
• #2 Phillips Screwdriver
• Drill and 0.125" – 0.136" Drill Bit (For #8 Pilot Hole)
• Sabre Saw or Hand Router
• Cabinet Cut-Out Template (included)
• #8 x 1.00" Flat Head Wood Screws (included)
REQUIRED CLEARANCE FOR DOOR
NOTICE: When mounting a LidSaver™ dispenser above a lateral
surface (such as a shelf extending straight out from the
countertop face) there must clearance for the dispensing
door to fully open.

1. PREPARE THE CABINET
NOTICE: Cabinet materials require specific preparation. Refer to the
cabinet manufacturer for instructions regarding proper
installation into the material.
1. Use the cut-out template supplied with your LidSaver dispenser to
cut the hole for the tube and drill the pilot holes for the mounting
screws.
2. INSTALL THE LIDSAVER
1. Push the sides of the bezel to release it from the plastic tabs. Pull the
bezel forward and tilt it downward allowing it to flex around the edge
of the open door..
2. Remove the bezel.
3. Mount the LidSaver™ into your cabinet using the included screws.
4. Reverse steps 1-3 to re-install the bezel.
3. LOAD THE LIDSAVER
Load lids into the LidSaver™ dispenser. Refer to the instructions in the
Operator’s Manual.

1. PRÉPARATION DE L'ARMOIRE
AVIS : Les matériaux de l'armoire exigent une préparation
spécifique. Pour les instructions d'installation correcte de
l'appareil dans le matériau, voir les consignes du fabricant
de l'armoire.
1. Utilisez le pochoir de découpe fourni avec votre distributeur
LidSaver pour découper le trou pour le tube et percez les avant-trous
pour les vis de fixation.
2. INSTALLATION DU LIDSAVER
1. Poussez les côtés du cadran pour le détacher des ergots en
plastique. Tirez le cadran vers l'avant et basculez-le vers le bas avant
de le laisser se plier autour des bords de la porte ouverte.
2. Enlevez le cadran.
3. Montez le LidSaver™ dans votre armoire avec les vis incluses.
4. Remplacez le cadran.
3. CHARGEMENT DU LIDSAVER
Chargez les couvercles dans le distributeur LidSaver™. Référez-vous
aux instructions dans le manuel d'utilisation.
