Identification
Refer to Figure 1 and the following descriptions to
identify the different parts of the lever press and
their functions.
A. Ball Oiler: Allows oil to be added to the pin-
ion gear.
B. Down Stop: Limits the downward travel of
the ram with an adjustable set screw. This
stop can be positioned anywhere on the
ram.
C. Lever: Controls the travel of the ram.
D. Mounting Holes: Provide access to secure
the lever press to a workbench.
E. Hex Wrenches: Included for adjusting set
screws.
F. Relief Hole: Allows the ram to travel below
the top surface of the base.
G. Up Stop: Limits the upward travel of the ram
and can be positioned anywhere on the ram.
H. Ram: Applies downward pressure when the
lever is used.
