• Turn Off spot welder and input disconnect device.
• Disconnect input power conductors from
deenergized supply BEFORE moving spot welder.
MOVING PARTS can cause injury.
• Keep away from pinch points.

Be sure to provide Model when ordering re-
placement parts.
Remove front two hose clips from left
side of the spot welder and route
coolant hoses through the holes pro-
vided in the mounting bracket (3).
Adjust the pivot point or tilt angle of
the spot welder by loosening the two
self–locking nuts (7) and sliding the
spot welder along the gyro bail
brackets (11).
