Read these instructions through carefully before using this product for the ﬁrst time

and afterwards retain them for future reference!

Intended use

This bicycle assembly stand was developed for private use.

Safety notices

Risk of injury!

• Thoroughly read the assembly and operating instructions prior to assembly and follow

the individual steps as described in the assembly instructions.

• WARNING! Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 30 kg! Injuries or product

damages may result.

• Routinely inspect all parts on the bicycle assembly stand. Tighten loose screws and

replace defective parts to avoid product damage.

• Always ensure the Allen screws at the top pipe coupling are tightened securely.

• WARNING! Only set up the bicycle assembly stand on solid and even surfaces to

prevent the product from tipping.

• WARNING! Do not sit persons on the mounted bicycle. Risk of injury.

• Caution! Crushing hazard!

When folding and unfolding the assembly stand, take care not to pinch your ﬁngers.

• Position the assembly stand to leave suﬃcient space to move around, even with the

bicycle attached.

• Avoid property damage!

To avoid damage to the bicycle avoid pinching cables and/or wiring in the assembly

stand.

• When securing carbon frames or thin-walled aluminium frames be careful to prevent

damaging the frame.

• The guide and securing components must be kept free from oil and grease.

CAUTION!

Unconventional or even improper use may put persons at risk or result in damage

to the bicycle.

Assembly

Set up the tripod of the bicycle assembly

stand by sliding the coupling (1) on the

tripod (A) all the way down.

Fold the feet (2) on the tripod legs down

and ensure the product is placed on a

solid and even surface.

Now insert the telescopic pole (B) into

the tripod, then mount the bicycle bracket

(C) onto the telescopic pole.

The tool tray (D) can be attached

anywhere on the tripod (A).

Note

The feet on the assembly stand may

optionally be screwed into the surface to

achieve greater stability. Be sure to use

the suitable mounting materials.

This product also includes a stabiliser for

securing the front wheel of the attached

bicycle (E).

Attaching the bicycle

Attention:

• After inserting the bicycle verify it is securely positioned and the bicycle

assembly stand is stable.

• Please observe the maximum extension lengths of the telescopic

rod (B) and the bicycle bracket (C). Do not exceed the marking on the

telescopic pole (B)! Never extend the cross-bar on the bicycle bracket

(C) farther than shown in ﬁg. 1.

Select a section of the bicycle frame to be clamped into the bicycle assembly stand.

This frame section must be at the bicycle’s centre of gravity.

Adjust the angle of the bicycle bracket (C) to ﬁt the selected frame position of the bicycle

(see examples in ﬁg. 2 and ﬁg. 3) and tighten the screw (3) (ﬁg. 4). Now place the

bicycle in the bicycle bracket and ﬁrmly secure frame. Firmly tighten the screw (4) (ﬁg. 4).

• We recommend performing the next step (height adjustment)

with 2 persons.

You may then extend the telescopic rod (B) to the desired height.

Twisting the telescopic rod allows you to also change the position of the attached bicycle.

Once you have reached the desired height and position ﬁrmly tighten the screw (5)

(ﬁg. 3).

To secure the front wheel clamp the included front wheel stabiliser (E) between the front

handlebar and the telescopic pole (ﬁg. 4).

Tool tray

A magnet is located inside the large compartment of the tool tray for securing small parts.

Care, storage

Routinely clean the bicycle assembly stand with warm water and pH-neutral

soap. Always follow with a dry cloth! Avoid harsh chemicals (e.g. solvents)!

Store the product in a dry and well-ventilated area.

Disposal notice

Please dispose of the packaging and article in an environmentally friendly manner!

Dispose of the article with a certiﬁed disposal company or your municipal local

government. Follow the current local disposal regulations that apply.

3 Years Warranty

The product was manufactured with the greatest care and regular testing. This product

comes with a 3-year warranty as of the date of purchase. Please keep the receipt.

The warranty only covers material and production errors and will not cover improper or

inappropriate handling. Your legal rights, in particular statutory rights are not restricted

with this warranty.

In the event of a warranty matter, please contact us free of charge via our Service-

Hotline or send us an email. In any case, we will be more than happy to provide you

with personal advice. In the event of a warranty matter, defect parts can be shipped

cash on delivery to the indicated service-address in coordination with our service-col-

leagues. Subsequently you will promptly receive a new or repaired part free of charge.

The warranty period will not be extended due to any repairs based on warranty,

statutory guarantee or fair dealing. This also applies to replaced and repaired parts.

Any repairs required after the warranty has expired are chargeable.
