4. Release the [TONEARM CLAMP] (29), and remove the stylus protector;
5. Lift up the [TONEARM] (28) with the [LIFT LEVER] (30);
6. Move the [TONEARM] (28) to the beginning of the record;
7. Lift down the [TONEARM] (28) with the [LIFT LEVER] (30);
8. When the record is finished the [TONEARM] (28) will automatically return to the
rest support and the [PLATE] (26) will stop turning. To stop manually, lift up the to-
tonearm from the record and return it to the rest support.
Note: Do not stop or turn the [PLATE] (26) manually.
When the unit is moved or transported:
•
Lock the [TONEARM] (28) with the [TONEARM CLAMP] (29);
•
Place the protective cap on the stylus (even when not in use);
•
Screw the [TRANSPORT SCREW] (27) counterclockwise until you feel resistan-
ce (do not screw it completely).
CD-MP3 OPERATION
1. Select “CD” mode by pressing repeatedly the [FUNCTION] button (4);
2. Press [OPEN/CLOSE] (18) to open the [CD DOOR] (12) and place a CD with the
label up in the CD compartment.
3. Close the [CD DOOR] (12). Focus search is performed and playback will start
automatically from the first track.
PROGRAMMING
Up to 99 tacks (MP3, 20 in CD) can be programmed and play in any order.
1. Stop the playback by pressing [STOP] (14);
2. Press [PLAY MODE] (17), the display (6) will show “P01” and flash;
3. Select desired track by using [SKIP -/+] buttons (15/16);
4. Press [PLAY MODE] (17) again to confirm desired track into the program
memory;
5. Repeat step 3 and 4 to enter additional tracks into the program memory.
6. When all the desired tracks have been programmed, press [PLAY] (13) to play
the disc in the order you have programmed.
Note: Press [STOP] (14) twice to terminate programmed play.
USB OPERATION
1. Select “USB” mode by pressing repeatedly the [FUNCTION] button (4);
2. Plug an USB stick (max. 32GB) into the [USB PORT] (1);
3. Playback will start automatically from the first track.
PROGRAMMING
The PROGRAMMING operation is the same as that of CD-MP3.
Notes:
•
Some mp3 player may not be able to play via the usb socket. this is not a maul-
function of the system.
•
To avoid damage to USB memory, remove it only when the radio is turned off.
•
The USB port is not designed for charging smartphones or other devices.
