CITRUS PRESS
Safety first !
Always remove the mains plug from the

Plug into a suitable electrical socket.
How to use your citrus press
Making Juice
Cut fruit in half.
Holding the citrus press with one hand,
place and hold fruit to be squeezed
above the cone with the other hand.
Gently apply a downward pressure,
the cone should begin to turn.
Continue to apply pressure until the juice
has been extracted.
Caution
!
Tip: Reposition the fruit half on the cone to ensure that the
maximum amount of juice is extracted.
This citrus press is designed for domestic
use and juicing small quantities at any one
time.
To prevent the motor from overheating, do
not use continuously for more than 5
minutes.
Allow to cool down for 5 minutes before
reuse.

To Serve
Remove strainer, cones and drive shaft
coupling from inside the container.
Separate container from base by
grasping handle of container and turning
it in a clockwise direction.
Place lid on container.
Container can now be used as a pitcher.
Remove lid before pouring juice.
Note: Be careful not to jostle container, as juice could spill or leak through
opening in center of container.
Remove the plug from the socket.

Wash lid, container, strainer, cones, drive
shaft coupling with a soft cloth or sponge
in warm, soapy, water.
Note: Do not use scouring pads.
Fill container with warm, soapy water and
let it stand for a while.
Empty water and with a soft, damp cloth,
wipe carefully around the lip to
dislodge remaining residue.
Note: Base can be wiped clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth or sponge.
Do not allow water or any other liquid to get into the base.
Do not use harsh or toxic cleaners to clean any
part of citrus press.
How to clean your citrus press
This appliance should be cleaned regularly.
Never immerse the base or cord in water.
