Important safety instructions
WARNING-When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed. Failure to
comply with these instructions may cause a fire, electrical shocks or other injury to persons or property
WARNING: SOME PARTS OF THE HEATER WILL BE VERY HOT, DO NOT TOUCH WHEN THE
HEATING IS WORKING.
WARNINGS:
In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the heater.
The fireguard of this heater is intended to prevent direct access to heating elements and must be in place
when the heater is in use; The fireguard does not give full protection for young children and for infirm
persons.
Do not use this heater in the immediate surroundings of a bath, a shower or a swimming pool.
WARNINGS:
This heater is not equipped with a device to control the room temperature.
Do not use this heater in small rooms when they are occupied by persons not capable of leaving the
room on their own, unless constant supervision is provided.
Children of less than 3 years should be kept away unless continuously supervised. Children aged from 3
years and less than 8 years shall only switch on/off the appliance provided that it has been placed or
installed in its intended normal operating position and they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall not plug in, regulate and clean the appliance or
perform user maintenance.
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision
or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by
children without supervision.
Some parts of this product can become very hot and cause burns. Particular attention has to be given

where children and vulnerable people are present.
1. Remove product from the packaging and ensure it is in good condition.
2. DO NOT let children play with the packaging, for example plastic bags.
3. Check that the voltage and frequency of your appliance match your mains voltage before plugging in.
4. This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns DO NOT touch the grilles or heating element during use
or attempt to move the heater.
5. DO NOT touch the heater with wet hands
6. DO NOT operate any heater with a damaged cable or plug, or after the heater malfunctions, has been
dropped, or damaged in any manner. Return the heater to an authorized service facility for examination
and repair.
7. DO NOT attempt to repair or adjust any electrical or mechanical functions as this may void warranty.
8. DO NOT insert or allow objects to touch the heating element and never place anything on the heater
safety guard (e.g. towels), as this may damage the heater and could cause an electrical shock or fire.
Never use your heater to dry washing.
9. If the heating element has stopped glowing it may still be live, please check that the heat setting
indicates the heater is off. Always disconnect your appliance from the mains before any cleaning or
replacing tubes.
10. DO NOT use the heater in areas where petrol, paint, or other flammable substances are stored.
11. Always unplug the heater when not in use. To disconnect from the power supply, grip the plug and pull
from the power socket. Never pull by the cable.
12. DO NOT direct the heater towards curtains, furniture or other flammable objects and ensure that there is
a minimum distance from objects around.
13. Do not use this heater in conjunction with a timer device or any other device, which facilitates
unattended switch on.
14. Do not pull the power cable or the device itself to unplug it from the socket; pull the plug directly.
15. Do not let children or incompetent people use device without supervision.
16. The power cable must be fully unwound before use.
17. If the appliance is not used for a long period, disconnect it from the power supply.
18. if the supply cable is damaged , it must be replaced by the manufactory, its service agent or similarly
qualified person in order to avoid a hazard
19. This product is not designed for use by persons (including children) who have reduced physical, sensory
or mental capacities or persons with no experience or knowledge, unless they are instructed and
supervised in the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
20. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with appliance.

23. Do not use this heater with a programmer, timer, separate remote-control system or any other device
that switches the heater on automatically, since a fire risk exists if the heater is covered or positioned
incorrectly.
24. To protect against the risk of electrical shock, do not immerse the unit, cord or plug in water or other
liquid.
Installation instruction
Precaution:
Installation should always be carried out by a qualified electrician or a competent person
The energy supply must be done through a properly grounded socket.

Minimum distances should always be complied with (from top: 60 cm, from sides: 150 cm.)
The heater should not be facing inflammable substances.
The heater must be installed so as to prevent that the switches can be touched from those who are in the
shower.
Do not use the heater directly near a bathtub, a shower, a swimming pool.
Ensure that there is no possibility of inflammable material coming into contact with the heater, or lies
near the heater.
Heaters should not be installed in areas where hazardous vapours may be present. Defined in BS5345.
The heaters are fitted with safety guards. These are intended only to stop large objects from hitting the
emitters. On no account should the heater be operated with the guard removed.

Using the heater:
Warning:
Minimum distances (from top: 60 cm, from sides: 150 cm) must always be complied when
the heating arm is in horizontal or vertical position, the distance should be measured
from the ambient objects to the closest point of the heater
Always keep the flammable material away from the heater.
Warning:
1. Do not twist or bend the power cable.
2. This heater is IP34 protection, and can be used indoors or outdoors. If using outdoors and you need a
extend socket, the cable and the socket system must be waterproof.
Control Panel on the heater
Symbol Button function
ON/OFF button: Turn on and Turn off the whole heater
Upper tube button: Select and turn On/Off the upper heating
tube, and also adjust its power, there are 5 powers settings,
loops from 1 to 5.
Lower tube button: Select and turn On /Off the lower heating
tube, and also adjust its power, there are 5 powers settings,
loops from 1 to 5. (This button is only for Model EH901)
Light button: Select and turn On /Off the LED light, and also
adjust its power, there are 5 powers settings, loops from 1 to 5.
Digital displayer: Display the power setting of the working
component. It always displays the power setting of the upper
tube if the upper tube is turned on.

Operation Instruction:
Warning:
Do not use the heater directly near a bathtub, a shower, a swimming pool.
Never turn on or off the switch with wet hands
Always unplug the heater when is not used.

Precaution: Take off all protection pieces for the heating tube before switching the heater on.

Model EH900 s heating arm can work in vertical or horizontal position.
Open the heating arm (Only for Model EH900) as following instructions, and close it in the
reverse direction.

Operation:
1. Plug in the powder cable, a Beep sound is heard. The heater is in Stand By status, the ON/OFF is a
blue light.
2. Press the ON/OFF button and the light will be white, and the heater switch to a working status. The
heating tube and the LED light are preset in power 3.
3. Press the tube or light button, the relative tube or light and the digital displayer will flash for 5 seconds,
press the same button to adjust the heating or light power while the power section is showed in the
displayer. The flashing will stop after 5 seconds and the adjustment is finish.
4. If you want to turn off only one tube or light, press the relative button and press ON/Off button
immediately. To turn the tube or the light on again, push the relative button.
5. Turn off all tubes and light by pressing ON/Off button , the heater turns to Stand By status
Warning: Always unplug the heater when it is not in use.
Note:
1. When all tubes and light are on, the digital displayer displays only the power sectting of the upper
heating tube. If the upper heating tube is off, it displays that of lower heating tube, if all heating
tubes are off, it displays that of the LED light.
2. Only model EH901 has a lower heating tube.

Maintenance- TURN IT OFF AND UNPLUG FIRST
This heater contains no moving parts, it needs very little maintenances. However, when the heater builds up
heavy dirt, use a soft cloth to wipe it off.
Warning: Before cleaning unplug from the power supply and wait for some minutes to cool down.
Heating element replacement
If the heating element breaks or any has malfunction, it should be only changed by its service agent
