RETROFIT BASKET HOOKS FOR
WELLS AUTOLIFT FRYERS
1. Unplug fryer and allow to cool completely.
Remove basket from basket lift.
Drain oil from frypot.
2. Remove two screws from
basket hook retainer.
Remove and discard basket
hook and retainer.
Retain screws for later use.
3. Assemble new basket hook
and retainer to basket lift
shaft.
Procedure is complete
