5 STRUCTURE, OPERATING PRINCIPLES AND FEATURES
5.1 STRUCTURE
This Sprayer comes with five units: a tank unit (wheels, a tank, a funnel), an air pump(an
inflator, a handle, a piston etc.), a spraying unit (a tube, a switch, a spray rod, and a spray
head), relief valve, and drag handle unit (a compartment, a handle and fastening nuts ).
5.2 PRINCIPLE
The pumping handle moves up/down to produce a pressure difference between the inside and
outside of the tank which will drive the chemical into the tube and spray rod to enable fog
spraying .
5.3 Features

6 MAINTENANCE
▪ After use empty out all and any spray left over and wash out the entire tank at least 3
times with clean water filling a fourth time and pressurising the tank and pumping the
clean water out through the spray line hose and lance and nozzles. This must be done to
prevent sludge forming in the remaining spray residue and blocking the spray line and so
that the sprayer is clean for its next use.
