conjunctionwithanyotherantennaortransmitter.

OEM INTEGRATION INSTRUCTIONS:

ThisdeviceisintendedonlyforOEMintegratorunderthefollowingconditions:

Themodulemustbeinstalledinthehostequipment,andthetransmittermodulemaynotbe



co‐locatedwithanyothertransmitterorantenna.Themoduleshallbeonlyusedwiththe



internalon‐boardantennathathasbeenoriginallytestedandcertifiedwiththismodule.

Externalantennasarenotsupported.Aslongasthese3conditionsabovearemet,further



transmittertestwillnotberequired.

However,theOEMintegratorisstillresponsiblefortestingtheirend‐productforanyadditional

compliancerequirementsrequiredwiththismoduleinstalled(forexample,digitaldevice



emissions,PCperipheralrequirements,etc.).Theend‐productmayneedVerificationtesting,



DeclarationofConformitytesting,aPermissiveClassIIChangeornewCertification.Please



involveaFCCcertificationspecialistinordertodeterminewhatwillbeexactlyapplicableforthe



end‐product.

Validityofusingthemodulecertification:

Intheeventthattheseconditionscannotbemet(forexamplecertainlaptopconfigurationsor



co‐locationwithanothertransmitter),thentheFCCauthorizationforthismoduleincombination

withthehostequipmentisnolongerconsideredvalidandtheFCCIDofthemodulecannotbe



usedonthefinalproduct.Inthesecircumstances,theOEMintegratorwillberesponsiblefor



re‐evaluatingtheendproduct(includingthetransmitter)andobtainingaseparateFCC

authorization.Insuchcases,pleaseinvolveaFCCcertificationspecialistinordertodetermineifa



PermissiveClassIIChangeornewCertificationisrequired.

inthismanual.
