Q: Why are the connections frequently interrupted?
Why I could not use this dongle to watch any video apps, including YouYube?
A: Please try the following method.
1. Connect this item well
2. Use your phone's browser to search the address http://192.168.203.1
(shows on the blue screen)
3. Click "Compatibility Mode"-----Turn it "ON"
(If there is no option for "Compatibility Mode", please upgrade it. The upgrade steps are as
below.)
1. Use your phone's browser to search the address 192.168.203.1 (it couldn’t be shown on
Amazon, but you could find it on the blue screen)
2. Click "Upgrade"-----You will see a pop-up window, then choose to upgrade it. (sometimes the
pop-up window would appear automatically, just choose to upgrade it)
3. Please wait for the downloading.
4. After the upgrade, the item would restart. Then please connect it again.
5. After connecting the item well, use your phone's browser to search the address 192.168.203.1
(it couldn’t be shown on Amazon, but you could find it on the blue screen)
6. Click "Compatibility Mode"-----Turn it "ON"
Q: Why I can not connect it?
A: You need to reset: Please try to long push the button of the middle of the product for 5 seconds to
reset it and then connect it again.
Here is the steps for Android devices:
1. Plug all the cables in the device (Don't forget to connect the USB cable to a 5V/1A charger, this device
needs power to work properly )
2. You would see a blue screen.
3. Find the “Cast” function on your phone / laptop / PC.
4.Select 'Enable wireless display', tap on “MiraScreen” as target, then done.

2. You would see a blue screen, then open your phone and search the WIFI name: MiraScreen XXX, then
enter Password: 12345678 (the WIFI name and password please refer to the blue screen on your TV)
3.Use your phone's browser to search the address 192.168.203.1 (it couldn’t be shown in Amazon, but you
