The FXWSC is easy to install and use. Simply turn off the water supply, press the red button on the housing, unscrew the housing, remove the old filter and discard it, wash the housing with warm soapy water and lubricate the O-ring with food-grade silicone grease, remove the shrink wrap and install the new filter, reassemble the housing and turn on the water supply, and open the faucet for 15 minutes (60 gallons) to flush the system.
