1) Align support panel (#4) to the holes of the bottom frame (#3),
then secure with bolts (#A).
2) Align crossbar (#5) in-between support panel (#4),
then secure with bolts (#B).
3) Align top frame (#2) to the holes of the support panels (#4), secure with bolts (#A).
Align handles (#6) to the holes of the box (#1), then secure with screws (#C).
Align the frame to the bottom holes of the box (#1), then secure with bolts (#A). Attach
caps (#D) to the bottom of the frame.
