loosenscrewsatpositionA.Placethewalkbeltbelowtheguidesasshown.Then

readjustwalkbelttightnessperinstructionsinpart6.

AssembletheLeftandRightPedestalsandHandlebars

1-1.Removepedestalmountcovers(A6a,A6b).

1-2.Removescrews(41)fromthepedestalmountasshown.

1-3.Followsteps(a~e)inordertothreadthedatacableintotherightpedestal.

(a)First,removetheziptieonthecableintherightpedestalmount.Thenstretch

thecableoutasshown.

(b)Placetherightpedestal(A3)onthefloor,withthelowerholefacingthedata

cable.Disconnectthefeedercord(A4)fromthebottomofthepedestal.Wrap

thisfeedercordaroundthetopofthedatacabletosecurethemtogether.

(c)Disconnectthefeedercord(A4)atthetopoftherightpedestal(A3).

(d)Pullthefeedercord(A4)tothreadthedatacablethroughtherightpedestal(A3).

(e)Oncethedatacablehasbeenthreadedthroughthepedestal,disconnectthe

feedercord(A4)fromthedatacable.

1-4.Holdthedatacableatthetopoftherightpedestal(A3),andinsertthebottomofthe

pedestalontothepedestalmount.Avoidpinchingorcrimpingthedatacable.Place

thewaterguard(A6)onthepedestalhigherthanthemotorcover.Looselysecure

therightpedestal(A3)withscrews(42).Inserttheleftpedestal(A5)ontoits

pedestalmount,andlooselysecureitwithscrews(42).Donottightenscrews.

Makesurethepedestalscanstillmoveslightly.

a.First,removethescrews(42,43)fromthehandlebarassembly(A2).

b.Inserttheleftsideofthehandlebar(A2)intotheleftpedestal(A7).

c.ConnectthecablesinareaAfromtherightpedestal(A3)andfromthehandlebar

(A2).

d.Tuckcablesintothepedestalsafely.Theninserttherightsideofthehandlebar

assembly(A2)intotherightpedestal(A3),withoutpinchingorcrimpingcables.

e.Threadscrewsinplacebyhand.First,securescrews(42)inareaB.Thensecure

screws(43)inareaC.

f.Insertthescrewcap(31)ontothescrewhead.

Putpedestalcovers(A6a,A6b)inplace.Thenputwaterguards(A5)downagainst

themotorcoveronbothsides.

b.Insertthedisplay(A1)ontothehandlebarassembly(A2).Note:aimproperlyto

avoiddamagingthedisplayboard.

c.Thenslightlyliftthedisplay(A1)

d.Temporarilysecurethedisplaybyinsertingitasindicatedbyarrows.

e.ConnectcablesinareasAandB.

f.Afterconnectingcables,tuckthemawayforsafety.Thenslightlyliftthedisplay

(A1)andpressitintoplace.Note:InareaC,thedisplaycovermustbeoutside

ofthehandlebarcover.

g.Usescrews(44)tosecurethedisplay(A1)inplace.
