This lamp is approved for indoor use only. It has a polarized plug, which means it will only fit in a polarized outlet one way. polarized plug (one blade on the plug is wider than
the other blade). The plug will fit in a polarized outlet
only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the
outlet, reverse the plug and insert again. If the plug
still will not fit into the outlet; contact a qualified
electrician. Do not force the plug into the outlet.

1. To clean: use a soft, dry cloth only.
2. Do not use chemical or abrasive cleaners.
Use one100-Watt Max. 3-Way Type A Bulb or one
23-Watt Max. 3-Way CFL Bulb.
DO NOT EXCEED MAXIMUM BULB WATTAGE.
DO NOT USE A HALOGEN BULB WITH THIS LAMP.
Halogen bulbs operate at higher temperatures and pose
a fire hazard.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
TABLE LAMP
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Set Base (A) on a flat surface
2. Thread Socket Assembly (B ) into Base (A) by turning
clockwise
3. Squeeze together the ends of Harp (C)
4. Insert both ends of Harp (C) into slots on Socket
Assembly (B).
5. Install Light Bulb into Socket Assembly (B)
(Light Bulb not included).
6. Place Shade (D) onto Harp (C).
7. Turn Finial (E) clockwise onto Harp (C) to tighten
Shade (D).
8. Insert Plug (F) into an electrical outlet. U se switch on
Socket Assembly (B) turn lamp on and off.
