 Do not modify dolly in any way.

 Should any repairs be required, use only manufacturer approved

parts and consult an authorized technician.

 Contain any loose or catchable clothing and hair before use. Wear

appropriate footgear.

Assembly Instruction:

 Attach all five wheel assemblies to frame pieces and side tray

using a hex-bolt, washer, lock washer and nut. Tighten firmly.

 Attach a carriage to the end of each frame piece using the

connecting plate, fastening with a cheese head bolt, washer, lock

washer and nut, tightened firmly.

 Join the two frame pieces together using the two connecting

pipes and securing them in places with a bolt, washer, lock

washer and nut.

 Attach the side tray to the frame assembly using a bolt, washer,

lock washer and nut.

 Place a stop pin in the appropriate position at each end of the

frame assembly.

 Ensure all fasteners have been tightened. Your dolly is now ready

to use.
