To reassemble the Blower and Heating Unit (11), reverse the process in step 1.
This may take a bit of practice as the Heater needs to be positioned in exact posi-

OPERATION
Before using, make sure the Blower/Heaters ON/OFF Switch (21) is turned off and
the unit is unplugged.
Place the Unit on a at, smooth surface near an electrical outlet and plug the Por-
table Blower with Heater into a 120 V~ electrical outlet. The blower unit can be
oriented so that the air ow is angled upward or downward.
If you use the Blower/Heater as just an air mover, it is best to remove the Heating
Unit (11). This is a safety precaution even though the Heating Unit (11) will not turn
on if the Blower is not on. Always unplug the Blower/Heater before removing the
Heating Unit (11), or replacing it onto the Blower.
The Blower/Heater is used to move air for cooling, or if the Heating Unit (11) is at-
tached, for heating up a large space rapidly.
To adjust the angle of air ow, shut off the blower, pull on the Ring (29) on the side
of the blower opposite the motor and rotate the Case (16) to the desired position.
Release the Ring (29) and allow the pin to lock back in place before use.
If you want to use the Heating Unit (11) with the Blower, re-attach the Heating Unit
(11) as discussed in step 3 under “Assembly”, on page 5.
When nished using the Portable Blower with Heater, turn off the ON/OFF Switch
(21)

ing or storing and NEVER store close to combustibles.
WARNING! THIS PORTABLE BLOWER WITH HEATER COMES WITH THER-
MAL OVERLOAD PROTECTION. SHOULD THE HEATING UNIT (11) REACH A
TEMPERATURE OF 230° FAHRENHEIT IT WILL TURN OFF UNTIL IT COOLS
DOWN. IT WILL NOT MELT THE UNIT HOUSING.

TURN ON IF THE BLOWER UNIT IS OFF. IF THE HEATING UNIT (11) DOES
TURN ON AND THE BLOWER ON/OFF SWITCH (21) IS IN THE OFF POSITION,
DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY AND HAVE THE UNIT SERVICED BY A
QUALIFIED SERVICE TECHNICIAN. DO NOT USE THE PORTABLE BLOWER
WITH HEATER UNTIL IT IS REPAIRED.
