IMPORTANT
Carefully remove all the parts from the carton and
place them individually on a soft cloth to prevent
scratches or other damage.
Carefully and strictly follow these assembly instructions
to ensure a completed product as designed.
Do not use power tools above 8 volts to assemble.

Tool(s) required for assembly: Phillips screwdriver, Level, Drill (8 volts or less), 3/8” Drill Bit

STEP 1
Insert Cam Lock Screws into pre-drilled holes in Middle Panel (A),
Bottom (D), Top (N) and Side Panels (E), (F), (P), (Q), then tighten.
(See Figure 1)

IMPORTANT
Use a soft cloth between these parts and the floor.
Do not use power tools above 8 volts to assemble.
Do not tighten all the bolts until each part is properly assembled.
The unit must be level to work properly. Use the included adjustable levelers to level.
Keep Hex Wrench as the bolts may need to be tightened in the future.

Attach Back Rail (M) to
Side Panel (F) with Cam Lock.
(See Figure 2)
Attach Back Upright (J) to
Back Rail (M).
Slide Back Panels (I) into position.
Attach Back Rail (M) to unit
with Cam Lock.
STEP 3
Attach Front Rail (B)
to unit with Cam Lock.
Attach Side Panel (E)
to unit with Cam Locks.

STEP 5
Turn unit over to its upright position.
Attach Middle Panel (A) to unit with
Cam Locks.
STEP 4
Attach Base (D) to unit
with Cam Locks.
Attach Legs (K) to unit with
Flat Washers, Spring Washers
and Head Cap Bolts.

STEP 6
Attach Back Rail (M) to
Side Panel (Q) with Cam Lock.
Attach Back Upright (U) to
Back Rail (M).
Slide Back Panels (T) into position.
Attach Back Rail (M) to unit
with Cam Lock.
STEP 7
Attach Front Rail (O)
to unit with Cam Lock.
Attach Side Panel (P)
to unit with Cam Locks.

STEP 8
Turn unit over to its upright position.
Attach Top (N) to unit with Cam Locks.
STEP 9
Attach unit from Step 8 to unit from Step 5
with Cam Locks.

Insert Adjustable Pins into side panels
at desired level.
Place Shelves (C) into position.
Attach Doors (G), (H), (R) and (S) to unit
by sliding door hinges into
side panel hinges. (See Figure )4
Attach Handles to Doors (G), (H), (R)
and (S) with Machine Screws.
(See Figure )5
STEP 11
Level unit by adjusting the adjustable
levelers on bottom of unit. (See Figure )6
Insert Wood Screws into pre-drilled holes
in unit, then tighten.
Note: Unit must be level
before tightening
these screws.

STEP 12
Place unit at desired location.
Drill a 3/8” hole in wall in-line with
Pre-drilled hole at top of unit.
Move unit.
Insert Anchor into the wall hole
and attach Bracket with Wall Screw.
Attach Bracket at pre-drilled hole
at top of unit with Wood Screw.
Move unit back into place.
Slide Tipover Restraint through
Bracket on wall and Bracket on unit.

Put tie end of Tipover Restraint into lock
end of Tipover Restraint and pull until tight.

To help reduce the risk of the unit tipping over, the Tipover Restraint must be installed following these instructions exactly.
