Description
This primer is single-stranded oligonucleotide that has
5'- and 3'-hydroxyl ends.
The primer can be used to sequence plasmids containing
T3 RNA polymerase promoter sequence. The primer may
be unsuitable for sequencing certain plasmids that
contain altered, although functionally active promoters.
CERTIFICATE OF ANALYSIS
Each lot of T3 promoter sequencing primer is assayed in
the dideoxy sequencing reaction using a vector
containing the T3 promoter sequence.
