Before You Start

Read through each step carefully and follow the proper order.
We recommend that, where possible, all items are assembled
near to the area in which they will be placed in use, to avoid
moving the product unnecessarily once assembled.
Always place the product on a flat, steady and stable surface.
Keep all small parts and packaging materials for this product
away from babies and children as they potentially pose a serious
choking hazard.

PRECAUTIONS
WARNING
Read the following information before using this product. Failure to
adhere to these terms and precautions could compromise safety,
cause product malfunction.
SMALL CHILDREN AND PETS:
Immediately dispose of all packing materials as they can smother,
choke, or otherwise harm small children and pets. Do not allow any
person or pets under the bed.
Children, convalescents, and disabled persons should not operate
the bed without adult supervision.
WEIGHT LIMITS:
The limitation for this product is 640 lbs. This product will
structurally support up to 640lbs, provided the mattress is evenly
distributed across the product and the weight isn't concentrated in
one area. Exceeding this weight restriction could damage the bed
and/or cause injury.
ALWAYS read and follow the instructions before use.

Check and verify all parts are included before discarding any
packing materials. All components that need to be installed are
located in boxes or attached to the frame.
Step 1
Remove all components from the carton and fold out the bed frame
by swinging out the bottom legs as shown in the figure below.
Install the two wheels component to the middle legs of the frame by
using the Wrench-S5 to screw the blots into the frame
underneath at each corner (see figure III ).

Once your frame is open as shown in the figure below.
1.Lock the outer legs in place with the braces at each corner by
rotating each brace toward each leg. Each brace will lock once you
push it onto the blot at the side of each leg and screw the nuts(see
figure I ).
2.Insert the Pins φ8*40 in each frame hinge (see figure II ).
3.Once the frame is secure, install the mattress bars at the head
and foot of the frame with the bolts and nuts by using the wrench
as shown. (see figure IV).

Ready for the mattress to be rolled out on top. Your bed is
complete! ENJOY.
When finished, simply fold the ends of the bed and the mattress
together and use the supplied buckle at the ends of the mattress
bars to lock it closed before wheeling the folded bed into storage.
Unlock the outer legs from the braces at each corner by rotating
each brace outwards away from each leg.
If the bed will not fit in your available space, simply reverse the
assembly process to fold the frame and gain extra compactness.
