1. The following persons must consult their physician before
using the product:
• If you have a pacemaker or similar implanted medical device
• If you have a heart condition
• If you have a strained back
• If you have weak or injured bones, especially in the spine
• After surgery
• During pregnancy or shortly after delivery
• If you have a malignant tumor
• If you have osteoporosis
• If you have blood circulation problems or thrombosis
• If you have a skin infection
• If you are undergoing medical or paramedical treatment
• If you have a physical abnormality.
• If you have a spinal disorder or injury caused by a past
accident or illness
2. Do not use the product in wet surroundings (e.g. in the
bathroom or near a shower or swimming pool). Do not let
water spill on or get into the product.
3. Do not use the product in a room with high humidity and high
temperature or next to a hot object (e.g. a heater).
CHARGING THE UNIT
1. Attach the USB cable to the cable receptor attached to the
massager and plug the other end of the cable into a USB
power source. The LED light will flash red as the unit is
charging, and the red LED will remain steady after a full
charge, about ? hours.
OPERATING THE UNIT
2. Press and hold the POWER BUTTON for 2 seconds to turn
the massager on. The red LED light will turn on. Press and
hold the POWER BUTTON for 2 seconds to turn off.
3. BUTTON FUNCTIONS (FIG.1)
The ROTATION DIRECTION button allows you to change
the direction of the rotating massage nodes. Press once to
switch directions anytime during the massage period. Press
and hold to automatically rotate for one minute in each
direction. Press again to turn off automatic rotation.
4. When you turn the unit on (hold the POWER button for 2
seconds), it will start rotating on the MID SPEED massaging
level. Press again for HIGH SPEED and press again for the
LOW SPEED.
6. Press the HEAT OPTION button to turn on the heating
function.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
• Never use scouring pads, abrasive cleaning agents or
aggressive liquids such as petrol or acetone to clean the
product.
• Warning: Do not immerse the product in water. Only use a
clean, damp cloth to clean.
• Clean the product after each use.
• Do not store the product in a location exposed to high
temperatures or humidity or direct sunlight.
• Keep this product away from children.
What is covered: Any defect in materials and workmanship.
For how long: 1 year from date of purchase.
What we will do: If your product is defective and returned within 30 days after the date it was
purchased, we will replace it at no charge to you. If returned after 30 days but within 1 year of the
date of purchase we will repair it or, at our option, replace it at no charge to you. If we repair your
product, we may use new or reconditioned replacement parts. If we choose to replace your
product we may replace it with a new or reconditioned one of the same or similar design. The
repair or replacement will be warrantied under our standard one year warranty.
Limitations: Implied warranties, including those of fitness for a particular purpose and
merchantability (an unwritten warranty that the product is fit for ordinary use), are limited to 1
year from the date of purchase. We will not pay for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of your
product or property damage caused by your product or its failure to work, or any other incidental
or consequential damages including personal injury. Some states do not allow limitations on how
long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential
damages, so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you.
What we ask you to do: To get warranty service for your product you must provide proof of the
date of purchase. Within 30 days of the date it was purchased, return your product to your place of
purchase for immediate replacement. After 30 days, but before the end of the 1 year warranty
period, you may contact us at shopempower.com to issue a return authorization. We suggest that
you retain your original packaging material in the event you need to ship your product. When
sending your product include your name, address, phone number, proof of date of purchase, and
a description of the operating problem. After repairing or replacing your product we will ship it to
your home within four weeks.
What this warranty does not cover: Among other things this warranty does not cover defects
resulting from accidents, unauthorized repair, failure to follow directions, misuse, fire, floods, and
acts of God. If your protection is not covered by our warranty, contact us at shopempower.com to
determine whether we will repair your product and other repair information, including charges.
We, at our option, may replace rather than repair your product with a new or reconditioned one of
the same or similar design, the repair or replacement will be warrantied for one year. This limited
warranty is the only one we give on your product, and it sets forth all our responsibilities
regarding your product. There are no warranties that extend beyond the description set forth
above.
State law rights: This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights
which may vary from state to state.

with the control panel on your right. Keep long hair outside of the
massager.
2. Fasten the closure (A) and adjust
individual cords (B) for a
comfortable fit. Press the
button to release.

chair and lean against the
product. Apply pressure to the
neck area to increase intensity
of massage.

to ensure that they do not play with the product.
7. Do not attempt to repair the product yourself, otherwise
your guarantee becomes void.
8. If the product, USB cable is damaged, please stop using
the product. Should device malfunction, disconnect and
contact us immediately.
9. Only position the product as described in this manual.
10. Do not put medical or cosmetic creams or lotions on the
product or on your back before or during use of the
product.
11. Do not shake or drop the product.
12. Do not place the massage product on bare skin.
13. Do not use the product continuously for more than one
session. Leave a 10-15 minute interval between massage
sessions.
14. Do not use the product on swollen, injured, inflamed or
