Prime-Line TH 23057 is a casement locking handle, designed for left-handed operation. It's a replacement part for cam handle locks and keepers. To replace Cam Handle lock and keeper:
1. Swing the handle of the lock into the “unlocked” position.
2. Remove screws from the old lock (re-position handle as needed).
3. Test fit new lock by checking screw hole alignment (plug old holes if needed, being careful
that new screw location does not hit glass).
4. Install lock screws (do not over tighten).
5. Remove and replace the strike and insert if necessary.
6. Check operation of lock. Tightness of sash closure can be adjusted by using the alternate
strike insert or using shims under the lock base.
Para reemplazar la cerradura con manija el pestillo de la leva:
1. Gire la manija de la posición cerrada a la posición “abierta”.
2. Quite los tornillos de la cerradura vieja. (Vuelva a poner la manija, si es necesario).
3. Verifique la nueva cerradura, alineando los agujeros de los tornillos. (Si es necesario, taponé los
agujeros viejos, teniendo cuidado que la nueva posición de los tornillos no quede en el vidrio).
4. Instale los tornillos de cierre (no apriete demasiado).
5. Quite, reemplace e inserte el pestillo, si es necesario.
6. Verifique la operación de la cerradura. El apretado de cierre del batiente puede ajustarse usando
un pestillo adicional, o usando un calce bajo la base de la cerradura.
Pour remplacer - verrou à poignée à came et gâche:
1. Tournez la poignée du verrou en position “ouverte”.
2. Retirez les vis de l'ancien verrou. (Replacez la poignée si nécessaire).
3. Vérifiez le nouveau verrou en vous assurant que les trous de vis sont alignés. (Si nécessaire,
bouchez les anciens trous, en vous assurant que l'emplacement des nouveaux trous ne
touche pas le verre).
4. Installez les vis du verrou (sans trop resserrer).
5. Retirez, remplacez et insérez la gâche, si nécessaire.
6. Vérifiez le fonctionnement du verrou. L'étanchéité de la fermeture peut
être ajustée en utilisant l'autre gâche ou des cales, sous la base du verrou.
