Locate the core of the weed and place the powerhead

directly on the weed. Step firmly on the base of the pedal.

This causes the tines to close in and around the root. The

center shaft will move upward and engage a series of

notches. Engage 3-4 notches for best results.

Grasp the padded

handle with your domi-

nant hand.

Do not squeeze the

trigger at this point.

Once the Zinger is out of the ground, twist the tool and

squeeze the trigger to release the weed.

Twist the handle of the Zinger 90 degrees to sever the weed.

Then, pull up on the black handle so that the Zinger is out of

the soil.
