Pitco Frialator SF50A is a space-saving filter system that can be used as a portable filter. It has an integrated piped filtration system located underneath the fryer, and a filter assembly that utilizes envelope type filter paper with 500 square inches of filter area. The filter is provided with a stainless steel lid and is mounted on casters for easy removal. It also has an automatic heater system to soften solidified shortening in the filter lines, and quick disconnect fittings for easy removal from the fryer. The filter pan is a lift-out design for quick removal and thorough cleaning.

STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS

CONSTRUCTION

 Filter pan and pump assembly enclosure are

constructed of polished stainless steel.

 All other surfaces are nickel plated finish.

 Welded steel frame mounted on four ball-bearing

swivel casters for easy movement.

 1/3 HP Heavy duty motor and pump assembly.

 Large filter area for large fryer filtering.

 Automatic internal heating system to clear the pump

and soften shortening in filter lines.

 PREHEAT FINISHED green light indicates when filter

is ready to pump.

OPERATIONS

 Easy access front mounted filter pump control and

indicator.

TYPICAL APPLICATION

Space saving filter capabilities with the added feature of using the filter module as a portable

filter.

SHORT FORM SPECIFICATION

Provide Pitco UFM (Spacefighter) filter system. Unit shall have an integrated piped filtration

system located underneath the fryer(s). Filter assembly shall utilize envelope type filter paper

with 500 square inches (3,226 cm) of filter area. Filter shall be provided with stainless steel lid

and mounted on casters for easy removal. Filter shall have an automatic heater system to

soften solidified shortening in the filter lines. Filter assembly shall use quick disconnect fittings

for easy removal from fryer. Filter pan shall be a lift-out design for quick removal and thorough

cleaning. Provide accessories as follows:
