Step 1:Installingthe

Home Connect app

OnyoursmartphoneortabletPC,gototheAppStore(Appledevices)

ortotheGooglePlayStore(Androiddevices).

Enter the term "Home Connect"inthestore'ssearcheld.

SelecttheHomeConnectappandinstallitonyoursmartphoneortabletPC.

StarttheappandcreateyourHomeConnectlogindetails.Theappwillguideyouthroughtheregistration

process.Don'tforgettomakeanoteofyoure-mailaddressandpasswordafterwards.

Switch the dishwasher on.

conrmeachonewiththe"+" buttonuntil"Press WPS button on

the router"appearsonthedisplay.

ActivatetheWPSfunctiononyourhomenetworkrouterwithinthenext

2minutes.(SomeroutershaveaWPS/Wi-Fibutton,forexample.

Oncetheconnectionhasbeenestablished,"Network login

successful" and "Connect to App"willappearonthe

dishwasher'sdisplay.

"Wi-Fi on" willnowappearonthedisplay.Youwillnotneedtorepeat

thisprocessagainoncetheWi-Fifunctionisactivated.

Tondthis,gotothegeneralsettingsmenuonyoursmartphoneortabletPC(mobiledevice)andcallupthe

Wi-Fisettings.

ConnectyoursmartphoneortabletPCtothe"HomeConnect"Wi-Finetwork(SSID)(Wi-Fipassword[key]is

"HomeConnect").Theconnectionprocessmaytakeupto60seconds!

Oncesuccessfullyconnected,opentheHomeConnectapponyoursmartphoneortabletPC.

Theappwillnowtakeafewsecondstosearchforyourdishwasher.Oncethedishwasher(domesticappliance)has

beenfound,enterthenetworkname(SSID)andpassword(key)foryourhomenetwork(Wi-Fi)intothecorrespond-

ingelds.

Then press "Transmit to domestic appliance".

Thedisplayofyourdishwashernowshows"Network connection successful".

Now go on to Step 3.

Connection failed:

EnsurethatyoursmartphoneortabletPCiswithinyourhomenetwork

(Wi-Fi).RepeattheprocessesdescribedinStep3.

and then press "Connect domestic appliance".

Followthenalinstructionsintheapptoconrmtheconnectionandcompletetheprocess.
