This manual is also suitable for
IMPORTANT: Read entire instruction sheet before install-
ing ledgestone refractory kit.
This ledgestone refractory kit is approved for use with
DVF-36(N, P)(H, L, S)(R, T)-D and DVF-42(N, P)(H, L, S)(R,
T)-D series replaces. Do not use ledgestone refractory
kit in any other replace models.
If any of these parts are missing or damaged, contact dealer where
you purchased this kit. If they cannot supply original replacement
parts, either contact your nearest Parts Central or call FMI PROD-
UCTS, LLC at 1-866-328-4537 for information.
Note: This installation requires the gas supply line to be disconnected
before removing log assembly. Call a qualied service person to
disconnect gas supply from replace.
IMPORTANT: Always handle Ledgestone refractory panels with
two hands.
WARNING: Turn off, unplug, and let replace cool
before installing ledgestone refractories. Only a quali-
ed service person should service and repair replace.

NOTICE: Log set/burner must be removed before install-
ing ledgestone refractories. Refer to log base assembly
in owner's manual.
WARNING: A qualied service person must con-
nect and disconnect replace with gas supply. Follow

INSTALLATION
1. Remove screen assembly by pushing rod either left or right, then
down and forward to remove screen/rod assembly from rebox.
2. Remove Mesh screen door as shown in Figure 2
3. Unlock 2 door latches on bottom of rebox (see Figure 3).
4. Tilt open glass door 45° from the bottom of rebox and lift up to
release door from rebox top retainer (see Figure 3).
5. Remove grate from slots in burner.
6. Carefully lift and remove 3 hearth refractories from replace.
7. Remove 3 spacers from rebox bottom (see Figure 5).
8. For 36" models only: Remove 3 loose logs from log set (see
Figure 4).

9. Remove 9 screws from front and sides of rebox burner base. Lift
entire base from unit by pulling forward to disengage from rear
ange and then lifting up (see Figure 5).
10. Remove existing refractory panels.
11. Center rear refractory up against back of rebox then place
the left and right refractories on each side of the rebox (see
Figure 1).
12. Screw retaining brackets to rebox top as shown in Figure 1.
13. Reinstall log set/burner module. If needed, replace burner gasket
before reinstalling log set/burner module.
14. Reinstall 3 spacers to bottom rebox (see Figure 5).
15. Install bottom refractories included with kit.
16. Reinstall grate, glass door, mesh access door and screen as-
sembly.
