Selecttheareawhereyouaregoingtosetupandoperateyourmachine.Forsafeoperation,thelocationmustbeona
hard,levelsurface.Allowaworkoutareaofaminimum193.4cmx300cm(76.2”x118.1”).Besurethattheworkout
spaceyouareutilizinghasadequateheightclearance,takingintoconsiderationtheheightoftheuserandthemaximum
incline of the elliptical machine.
Basic Assembly Tips
Followthesebasicpointswhenyouas-
semble your machine:
• Readandunderstandthe“Important
SafetyInstructions”beforeassembly.
• Collect all the pieces necessary for
each assembly step.
• Usingtherecommendedwrenches,
turn the bolts and nuts to the right
(clockwise)totighten,andtheleft
(counterclockwise)toloosen,unless
instructed otherwise.
• Whenattaching2pieces,lightlylift
andlookthroughtheboltholesto
help insert the bolt through the holes.
• Theassemblycanrequire2people.

Inspect your machine to ensure that all hardware is tight and components are properly assembled.
Be sure to record the serial number in the field provided at the front of this manual.
Do not use until the machine has been fully assembled and inspected for correct performance in accordance with the Owner’s
Manual.

Moving the Machine
The machine may be moved by one or more persons depending on their physical abilities and capacities. Make sure that you
and others are all physically fit and able to move the machine safely.
1. Removethepowercord.
2. UsetheTransportHandletocarefullyliftthemachineontothetransportrollers.
3. Pushthemachineintoposition.
4. Carefullylowerthemachineintoposition.
