Additional Pre-wired Pump Selection (continued)
High temperature heating circuit
For the high temperature heating circuit,
Viessmann offers the following (optional)
pre-wired Grundfos circulation pumps.
Select ONE of the following (if
applicable):
Model Viessmann
Order No.
UP 15-42F (Brute II)
UPS 15-42F (3-speed)

7133 395
7133 396
7133 397
7133 398
7133 399
All pumps 115 VAC.
Domestic hot water heating circuit
For the domestic hot water heating
circuit, any of the (optional) pre-wired
Grundfos circulation pumps listed to the
left may be utilized.
Select ONE circulation pump (if
applicable).
Auxiliary pump switching module
(accessory)
For operation of a high-temperature
pump, or a DHW production pump larger
than those listed to the left, an auxiliary
pump switching module is available. Field
supplied 120/230 pumps up to 10A can
be connected to this module and plugged
into the Divicon pump module.
Circulating pump piping
It is recommended that each pre-wired
high-temperature heating circuit pump
and/or domestic hot water heating pump
assembly listed be installed with one flow
check valve and two 1¼” ball valves.

Preparation and Start-up
Before reattachment of insulation shell
and pressure test, ensure that all ball
valves are open.
Before any of the closed-cell foam
insulation shell is reattached, a water
pressure test as previously described on
page 10 must be performed and tightness
verified including all unions.
Before reattachment of insulation shell
adjust the proper pump speed (1, 2, 3).
On initial start-up, verify pump operation,
proper mixing valve operation (open and
closed position), correct mixing valve
motor (actuator) rotation, and
functionality of temperature gages.
This can be done using the relay test
function of the Vitotronic 200 or 300
control.

Service Instructions
Operation and Service
Before any attempt is made to work on
any component of the system, turn main
power supply off including fuel supply to
the unit.
The functions (pump and mixing valve) of
the Divicon station are controlled by the
Vitotronic digital indoor/outdoor control.
For heating curve adjustment for the
mixing valve, please see Vitotronic
Installation Instructions.
In case of a defective mixing valve
motor, the motor drive catch can be
manually unclipped from the mixing valve
lever and operated (set) by hand for
temporary operation - never set manually
for full discharge (Position No. 10) of hot
water into low temperature heating
system. Normal setting should not
exceed Position No. 6 on mixing valve
scale. Call a heating contractor
immediately to replace mixing valve
motor and verify settings.
During the annual service inspection, the
insulation shell of the Divicon station
should be loosened (or removed) and all
connections within checked for tightness.
The condition of all factory wiring and
quick-connect plugs should be checked.
Ensure all male and female plugs are
snapped together properly.
