1.Beforefirstuse,washthebladesinhot,soapywateror

inthedishwasher.Rinseanddrythoroughly.Slipthe

RivetatthetipofoneofthebladesintotheKeyhole

slotontheother(A).

2.WheninsertingorremovingBlades,alwaysbesure

theknifeisunplugged.

3.Withthecutting(serrated)edgefacingAWAYfrom

yourhand,grabtheBladesbytheFingergripsand

insertthetwoendsoftheBladesintotheslotsofthe

handle(B)(C).Thebladeswillclickintoplace.Plug

themainspowercordintoastandardAC230V~50Hz

electricaloutlet.Positionthefoodtobeslicedona

cuttingboard.

4.PresstheSwitchandguidetheKnifeBladesdown

throughthefood.Useacarvingforktoholdthefood,

ifnecessary.

1.BeforecleaninganypartoftheElectricKnife,

unplugtheknife,andremovetheblades.

2.Knifebladesmaybewashedinhotsoapy

waterorinthedishwasher.Dryallparts

withthecuttingedgefacingAWAYfromyourhandand

pulloutawayfromtheHandle(D).
