Step 1: Lay tool rack base (A) upside down with 2 open grooves for wheels on

left side.

Step 2: Slide one axle (D) through center hole in wheel (C)

Step 3: Slide wheel with axle in place into one of the two grooved areas on

Tool rack base (A). Position one end of axle rod under raised area of axle

holder, maneuver other end of axle rod until it slips under raised area of

opposite axle holder. Wheel should be secure and turn freely.

Step 4: Repeat Steps 2 and 3 for other wheel.

Step 5: Stand Tool rack base right side up with wheels on left. Firmly insert

poles (E) into each of the four corners. Moderate force will cause poles to

"snap" into place.

Step 6: Position Tool rack top (B) right side up, with open slots facing front, fit

Tool rack top over poles and press securely in place. Once again, poles will

"snap" into place as they hit bottom.
