SAFETY PROCEDURES
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Assemble Extension Kit as shown, using the
1/2-13 x 1-3/4" carriage bolts and 1/2-13 hex
locknuts included in the kit.

2. Fasten the assembly to spreader using hardware
supplied with the UTS Mounting Kit.
3. The extension can be secured to the spreader by:
a. Transfer and drill four (4) 7/32" holes in
spreader. Secure with 1/2-13 x 1-1/2" hex cap
screws and 1/2-13 hex locknuts,
or
b. weld extension securely to spreader.
4. Install spreader to truck according to the spreader
installation instructions.
